@MarioLover92 That certainly sounds a lot like the email I received for my own bday last fall. I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer me any special discounts though. But to be fair, they were usually discounts for games I either already had, could buy cheaper elsewhere, or weren't interested in. 🙃

@Sunsy I do highly recommend the entire Metroid Prime Trilogy to any Metroid fans, or even those who do like FPS games but want to try a different setting with some unconventional mechanics. My favorite parts of those games were the exploration, lore, puzzles, and boss fights. Samus gets some pretty wicked suits too.

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika Honestly...you're probably right regarding Time Extension lol. Though we won't know for sure without seeing the traffic stats for the site. Which I doubt is information that Ant and other staff will just put out willy-nilly. I briefly browsed Push Square years ago and found it to be a bit dead compared to NL. That was back during late PS3/early PS4 though. I don't currently own a PS machine either.

It really does! I haven’t played it just yet, but I hope I enjoy it.

My Blu-Tooth headphones have died I think. I was trying to watch the last bit of 10 Things I Hate About You and then the sound cut out then I heard something come from my speakers on my Chromebook (the sound for my Chromebook speakers is always on mute), it was the movie and the sound was on low like my headphones and bizarrely my headphones said they were still connected. I disconnected the headphones and reconnected them, maybe it was a bug I thought, but nope it happened again six minutes later. I'm going to try wired headphones to make sure it's not the Chromebook itself.

Those headphones had a good run RIP.

@Kermit1 Yeah, headphones always go pretty quickly (at least in this house), it's always good to have a back up. You have any wired ones?

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika Sounds about like how the main site used to be back in the day. If you dig for some older articles, those comment sections definitely had less activity. I've been following NL fairly regularly since around 2011 when looking for Skyward Sword news. I just didn't bother making an account until 2015. I don't think Push Square has ever had much forum activity tbh. If I had a horse in PS, I'd likely use it more often. But my Nirnendo systems with an occasional PC game thrown in are more than enough for now.

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika I think this is the year of the Videogame movie curse getting broken. The Mario Movie looks good, the Last Of Us series is doing fine, and the Gran Turismo movie looks awesome.

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika Ah, right, thanks for elaborating. Yeah, PushSquare does seem a lot more serious than here. I've sort of been trying to get into more stuff that isn't anime, so you've been a godsend in that regard.
