You probably mean the registry was corrupted, @Kermit1 .... There's no way to uninstall System 32 & you wouldn't be running an anti-virus scan if you'd managed to delete those files, they are the OS, lol Also, MP3 files can't damage your PC, that's just an audio format. Glad you've sorted it out now, though!

Lol, yeah... I can be a little bit finnicky when it comes to usernames and such. 😅

Oh, yeah, I've had a few times when my PC refused to boot, claiming that the drive with Windows on wasn't there, @Rambler ... Had to install Win to the other drive at least once before I managed to get the main one back : Another time, I found it just in BIOS but that was lucky

Such issues occurred to me in the past as well, but ever since Windows 10 I never had those problems again. Currently on Windows 11 and it runs like a charm.

@BruceCM Yes that was it, I forgot the wording lol. I have a Windows 10 PC if I have not already said that.

As for Windows 11, you can make it look like old Windows for the most part, but you'll need to dive deep into the settings. I love it myself.

Eh, it doesn't seem very different to me, @Kermit1 .... It imported a lot of my settings, though, so I dunno what it'd look like otherwise! If you want to stay with 10, it should be carrying on for awhile yet before they really want you to swap, though

Doing good today. Between yesterday and today, won quite a few Apex arena matches across both PC and Switch.

@Tyranexx At least you got to play games. Great job beating the Harry Potter game within a year. Clifford was my childhood book series, I still remember meeting Clifford at my elementary school. I saw the 2000's cartoon when I was done with high school years later, actually loved it. Cool! I don't think I even checked out My Hero Academia, I know of it, and seen some ads for it on Crunchyroll, but never looked into it.

I'm the same way. I always wash my hands before handling game controllers (I hate greasy controllers), or do anything.

@MarioLover92 Yeah, they were M-rated in the 90's so I can see them being the reason. Wouldn't mind Mortal Kombat 1, 2, and 3 on Switch Online's SNES stuff, even if the SNES version of MK 1 was censored. I can play Mortal Kombat 3 online with a friend, but it's the old fashion direct IP method thanks to a multiplayer feature GOG put into place. I don't think I played Total Karnage (I'm leaving that typo in, thank you Mortal Kombat, lol), I think that was one of the few games on there I didn't play. I also remember liking Xybots a lot.

I think a friend any my neighbor had Wii Sports Resort, so my only experience with Wuhu was in Wii Fit Plus and Mario Kart 7. I remember using the gamepad too. I didn't have air conditioning in my room at the time, so I would bunk in mom's room with my mattress on the floor. So I would play Wii U there, and one night, I had to use the gamepad. I was surprised to be able to play Wii on it. Sounds like a nice retro setup.

@Snatcher You're not the only one, I also have a hard time getting my points across or mentioning opinions when talking, but I have no problem when I type them out. I don't know why that is, when I talk with people I almost always feel like "I should have said it this way, or maybe another way, did I miss something?" Just always how I feel when talking with others.

@BruceCM @Kevesilanz I miss Windows 7, it was simple and ran well.

Seems like there have been earthquakes going around. Hopefully none will find their way here.

@Eel I hope not, stay safe, earthquakes are quite scary things.

@Kermit1 there were some spooky coincidences as well. It’s apparently the third time where an earthquake happens in the area on that same date, and many people were participating in earthquake simulations just minutes before it started for real.
