Hah I actually bought the PS1 version a while back, on my Vita, it’s a fun game. Will definitely get the remake.

@Sunsy I didn't watch the actual direct, but I gotta hand it to them...it looks like they've got some great announcements going by Nintendo Life's front page. The three you've mentioned all looked great, and I especially want Persona 5 Royal - now I no longer have to get a PS4! Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope looks great too, and we're getting a Mega Man Battle Network collection, which is what I've been wanting for quite some time!

Oh I meant the actual mini console itself, not the merch. I probably could have explained it better. Yeah, I'm the same way, I like having actual characters on my clothes, not just a logo.

@Eel I'm happy for this one, I played Pac-Man World 2 on GameCube, but never played the original. Heh, I was one of the few who liked Ghostly Adventures on Wii U.

@MarioLover92 Hope you give it a watch, the Direct Mini didn't disappoint in my book. Then again, I was that one guy who liked some of the other Direct Minis. I like Puyo Puyo 2, SMT V, and World of Tanks Blitz, those were in the older Direct Minis.

Oh ok. I agree, it's more fun to wear the characters you like rather than just a shirt with a logo on it.

I was quite nervous to do that when I was recording with my phone as I only got A from the result (have more Great than Perfect).
Usually I could get AA rank from that song (Wonderland UKS Mix) by playing with blindfold. 😅

Oh, yeah. I have memorized all the stepcharts from that song so I still able to step all the arrows without seeing. There are four DDR songs I can play them on Expert difficulty without seeing their arrows:
Sexy Planet, AM-3P, AFRONOVA, Wonderland (UKS Mix).
Also, I have played DDR since 19 years ago so I have a lot of experiences in playing DDR songs.
I could play DDR until Challenge difficulty (the hardest level) on level 18 for certain songs.

That Nintendo Direct "Mini" was pretty decent! There was something for about everyone IMO. I'm especially happy for Persona fans; I might give one of the titles a try as well one day.

@MarioLover92 That boost system in both X and GX sounds like an interesting concept indeed! Unfortunately, I'm not surprised GX is stuck in limbo right now since it's a GCN title. Glad to know X is more accessible though. I've onoi played the first game via the SNES Mini.

@Sunsy Oh that's good you enjoyed them. Yeah absolutely...that's why many of my tees have Mario and many other characters on them. One of my favorite ones is one that has 2D designs of Mario and many of the other characters standing together as a group, just like one of those old Club Nintendo posters. I still have that poster up too, it's definitely one of my favorites!

@Tyranexx Oh yeah absolutely, when it was first announced, I was initially let down because the other partner showcases didn't really impress me, and I was hoping for a regular one with Nintendo's next games. Looks like they blew my expectations out of the water, I found quite a few that I'd totally dig!

Yeah I'm glad FZX is at least more accessible - I know that some people prefer X over GX, too. I did like Maximum Velocity as well, that one was on the GBA and it's got very similar gameplay to the SNES original, but with different courses, vehicles, and settings. GP Legend, which was also on the GBA, was all right but it was pretty underwhelming for me. It's been years since I played it, but I do remember that game being ridiculously easy. That was the last F-Zero game that came out over here.
