I think I will drop Sonic Generations PS3 as I still felt that game was too hard for me even clearing the challenge course before unlocking the gate with 3 keys to open. The graphic looked nice tho but the gameplay said otherwise for me. Too bad, I felt my purchase of Sonic Generations PS3 2 years ago was a waste of money and I don't think I want to pick another Sonic games considering I was suck in Sonic games unless if the genre is different like racing. 😕
Also, I found Jak & Daxter collection PS3 have serious glitch like accidentally Jak will frozen and I was unable to control him at all and when I tried to quit from the game, it took quite long time and my PS3 machine made a short beep sound. I felt my Jak & Daxter collection was practically unplayable due to serious glitch even I have ever experienced with same case from Jak & Daxter 2 on PS3. Too bad, I found another wasted gaming purchase.
@Sunsy Trying to draw from memory is very frustrating for me sometimes. I feel like I have some really good ideas, but translating them from my head onto a sheet of paper or digital surface is hard for me to accurately do. I just need to practice, I suppose...and find more patience. XD
@Tasuki The Drakewarden Ranger is a new subclass introduced in Fizban's Treasury of Dragons. The sourcebook came out late last year IIRC. I knew nothing about it until the new book was discussed before a session near then, and it was mentioned that the makeup of my then Beast Master fit it pretty well; besides sharing many Beast Master traits, my character also managed to tame a guard drake from a previous encounter and was ironically in the process of learning Draconic in order to communicate with it.
That's quite a group you have! I love the mental image of a Tortle Monk lol. Is Kender new, or did you mean Kenku? There are only four players + the DM in our campaign, so we have a few house rules to account for that. Ironically, I just posted the current party makeup over in the Tabletop Gaming Thread.
@Snatcher Thanks! He's already on the mend, just still wasn't feeling the best and didn't really want to get out if he could help it. Glad you're doing a lot better!
@BruceCM At least internet chatting is (usually) way less pricey than international phone calls! Glad to read your wi-fi is fired up!
@MarioLover92 Ah. Yeah, if you're later in the game, some sections can be somewhat difficult to get through, even on easy mode. Are you in the World Tree perhaps? I had some issues with mobs in there, but grinding/leaving to do a few side quests helped. Plus, I did have to look up how to progress at one point since I was hopelessly lost.
Deer are very common around here, enough that I occasionally see a side of spoiled road venison...so to speak. I'm very lucky I've never hit one (knock on wood), but there have been many close calls. I don't mind snakes, though like any animal I try to respect their space if I come across one. They're pretty useful for pest control IMO. There are poisonous snakes where I live, but they aren't common.
@cordova94 Glad to read that all is well! Shame the minuscule vampire flies are already coming out.

@Tyranexx Ah ok I haven't bought that book yet. The next book I am looking at getting is Tasha's but Fizban's is on my list.
The only Ranger subclass I played was the hordebreaker which is a Ranger build like Legolas from Lord of the Rings. But I only played it for a few sessions before the group fell apart and then COVID hit. It was a fun class and I enjoyed it alot just a shame that the group is no more.
As for the Kender it's a race specifically from Dragonlance, the most famous being Tasslehoff Burrfoot. They are similar to halflings but are more childlike. Right now the race along with the setting is in beta but you can find it on homebrew sites.
@Tyranexx I know that feeling. I was once drawing one of my favorite character holding something, and it just didn't look like the way I imagined it. So ended up trying something different and it worked, even if the original idea didn't work. For me, it doesn't happen often, when it does it can get frustrating.
@Anti-Matter@Kermit1 Nice seeing some Skylanders. Was playing SuperChargers awhile back, which happens to be my favorite of the few Skylanders games I've played. Always loved playing as Splat.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
@Snatcher i stay sane by not reading much on here.

And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
@Kermit1 Alright, still fun. I have both versions of SuperChargers, got both the Wii U and Wii versions for pretty cheap.
@Zuljaras Have fun! Thanks for reminding me, I need to get the House of the Dead remake. Love those games, have the second on Dreamcast, and 2 & 3 Return on Wii. Played the first in an arcade.
@cordova94@kermit1 Heyyyy Scotianers! I'm technically from away, since I'm British, but I've been living here in HFX for a year and a half, and I know at least some of the words to Barrett's Privateers, and I can hear the Noon Gun from my desk.
best writer of cow and crab content. most fan of ace attorney, paper mario ttyd, ghost trick, and fantasy life.
For context, I was playing Kirby 64 about half an hour ago and made it to the 3rd level of Neo Star (the one with all the fog and rocks and such) and was having a blast using the Drill (Needle+Stone). However, I got to a section where there was a Shard underneath an orange block. I assumed that I would need regular Stone for that but, out of pure curiosity, I hit down while in the air with the Drill to see what would happen. Colour me shocked when it drilled straight down through the block and I was able to get the Shard. Keep in mind that this is the first time I've ever played through Kirby 64 EVER and had no idea what each level would be like beforehand.
In short: just another reason why 64 is slowly becoming my new favourite Kirby game (and that's coming from someone who adores the other games I've played so far!).

@KateGray Nonsense! We are not an elitist group......we welcome all into the fold of Scotia.....all you have to do is want to and profess your love for some creature of the sea. The more, the merrier!
I miss the noon gun. I miss NS.......alas, my career necessitated elsewhere and Quebec is nice but the Ottawa Valley climate does not agree with me overall......perhaps one day I will return to the land of salty fog and scallops. <3
