@Snatcher I actually got Subnautica for free on PS and i've never played it. It really intrigues me, but I already have too many sleepless nights.

@MarioLover92 Word word, I'm sure I would love it! Yea man, of course! It's really a masterpiece of a game. If you get a little stuck, the easiest thing to do would be to grind or to make sure you're adding points to your artes. You'll get through it Btw, do you have MK8D on the Switch?

@Tyranexx The fight was against Conflagrant Raxeal. You gotta beat it to get this fire crystal to melt the ice wall. I fought Mumkhar almost immediately afterward, he was really tough at first, but having Dunban in my party and those agility up gems helped. So I beat him as well, hopefully I'll save Fiora soon.

@tekoii Yeah, I do level up my arts from time to time. That can really help, alongside equipping gems to my characters' armors. I do have Mario Kart 8 Deluxe too.

Made it to Chapter 6 in Ys VIII yesterday evening btw. Interesting bombshell right before the chapter started, plus I've unfortunately found Sir Stuffypants again. I didn't miss him at all.

@Losermagnet Thankfully those are only native to parts of Central and South America, so I wouldn't be concerned unless you've traveled to one of their countries of origin recently.

@MarioLover92 Ah, thanks for the clarification. I know what part you're referring to now and thought you were referring to a section at a later point in the game that I had to retry a few times. Glad I didn't blab in that case! No idea if you've ever finished XC, but the Switch version was the best RPG I played last year.

@Tyranexx Yeah no problem! I haven't finished the game yet. Hopefully I'll be able to soon because I really like it.

On Club Nintendo: ah I see. I joined in around May 2010, so I did miss out on the first platinum reward but I got enough coins to get the second one, which was the figurine of Mario, Yoshi, Luigi, Peach, Toad, and Bowser. It's a real keeper for me, it's probably my favorite CN reward out of all the ones I got, alongside the platinum playing cards.

Here in Indonesia there is imported luncheon product called Ma Ling.

Usually my Mom cooked it by deep friying the slices of luncheon meat with beaten egg coated or cut into dice shape for tomato soup ingredients. 😋

Last Thursday i got two Skylanders games Wii U version: Trap Team and superchargers. Trap Team required portal that only compatible with that game as it couldn't use the portal from Superchargers and other previous series. Oh, dang... 😣
I must buy the Trap Team portal later.

For Superchargers, i got the Standard Donkey Kong bundle with Barrel Blaster vehicle and another Skylanders from Superchargers series. I saw the Dark edition from Google image looked better as both Donkey Kong and Bowser wore black outfits (they wore Yellow outfits for Standard edition). Well, here we go... Another Skylanders game to be played.

Finally i got Super Mario Galaxy 2 Wii in Very Good condition from Tokopedia. I personally don't really excited with Mario Galaxy games as i have experienced the butthurt in Super Mario Galaxy 1 and to see the sequel, it probably almost same hardcore as the first one. From my impression, the way of Mario Galaxy 2 story telling at the beginning part looked way worse than the first one as when the first one showed 3D environments + you can turn the camera angles but the second one you walked in 2D Mario style and i was thinking it looked like a prequel rather than a sequel. And from the world display interface, the first one using Solar system style which the world collide the orbit like planets but the second game using paths like 2D Mario style and felt less planetary things. Metacritic said Super Mario Galaxy 2 was 97, but for me Mario Galaxy games = 67 as the game was pretty hard for casual gamers like me and i wasn't really impressed by typical storyline of Mario games with Princess Peach got kidnapped by Bowser all the time, kinda a little bit lame (i prefer different storyline with no Damsel in distress plot all the time). I still have interest with some 3D Mario games but not as big as other games as i thought other games with similar genre played better in my opinion (Sly Cooper, Ratchet & Clank, Skylanders, etc).

Recently i got stuck at Gamecube games hunting as it changed my direction from hunting Switch & PS4 games to Retro games hunting due to priority to get rare Retro games with just only one chance to get them while they are still available from specific seller. If my plan working as i want, i will immediately pick Megaman Network Transmission Gamecube USA version when i got salary on 28 September 2021 as i have ever lost the chances to get that game two times (the game got purchased very quickly by other peoples from different sellers before even i succesfully purchase that game) so i don't want to miss the chance for third time or i have to pick Japanese version as my last hope. So far that game still available from other seller that i have found several days ago. Wish me luck.

About Pokemon BDSP, i just wonder some peoples keep complaining for trivial things about that game. I personally just neutral with Pokemon BDSP as i have never played that game before from NDS version so given by opportunity of 3D remake on Nintendo Switch, i will pick the Switch version for better looking and additional new contents. Peoples keep complaining for cheap looking graphics or didn't have features they really want specifically, i personally will not complaining anything as i have never know what contents that peoples still keep complaining about. As long the game can be finished, that's already enough for me. I wonder until which region the Pokemons will be in BDSP as from ORAS 3DS it has Pokemons until Gen 5, so my assumption BDSP will have until Gen 6 Pokemons. Sawk is my favorite looking Pokemon as i really like Sporty looking creatures (Boxing / Kickboxing, Karate / Judo, Baseball, Surfing), same as i really like Slugger from Yokai Watch 3.
I wish for Gen 9 Pokemon in the future there will be some humanoid looking creatures like on Yokai Watch games.

@Snatcher i'm sure i'll muster up the courage to try it someday. Oddly enough, i really became aware of my phobia while playing the Shadow of the Colossus remake. A few of the Colossi feature water in their areas and while fighting them the whole scene can be really humbling.

I found a retro anime Mr Ajikko from Youtube that made me chuckled for inclusion of "Mario and Luigi" inside despite they were bad dudes in that anime. 🤭
And to see exaggerated reaction after tasting the food kinda hilarious to watch.

thanks. ive got some customs coming in eventually. some from mexico and some from europe...they are crazy custom, im talking 2 headed skeletons with 4 arms type stuff lol. and some custom dethlors i gotta hit this guy up tonight about.
