Nope. If anything I could have actually skipped one grade.

Never, my father always told me "You better get all A's or your gonna get beat." Which I was perfectly capable of getting all A's, but my laziness had me end up with a B+ in some classes which was no good.

I did fail my 2nd Quarter of Health Class, but so far, I've never gotten below a C in any class.
My parents are making me take an SAT Prep Class this summer, though, because they think my grades could be "better".

no, don't think you can " fail classes" in england, (unless maybe if you're in college or university)

Sweet. No need to bother trying in that case.

nope--came kinda close junior year. Skipped like...literally half of the schoolyear and got failed in 2 classes my last quarter for not attending enough. All that ended up happening is that they wouldn't play football the next year (which was fine cause I was trying to figure out how to tell my parents I was sick of football and that made not playing easier )

But yeah--I attended like 92 days out of that year's 180 and still passed. Hell I skipped like 3 straight weeks of US History when we had the idiot student teacher chick.

I think that means it's officially impossible to fail grades.

You can't fail classes exactly, but you can definitely get a D in homework and end of term/year reports (never got a D, a couple of Cs and plenty of detentions). How do you fail a class, anyway? Is it an assessment at the end of the year?
I suppose the closest thing to failing a grade in England would be failing common entrance or not getting into the Senior school? Something like that.

I could honestly not give a crap about my grades at all and still get straight B's. I'm that intellectually (by the standards my schools set) gifted. So no, I haven't even gotten close.

Exactly.

Nope. But I nearly failed Geometry and Algebra 2 (biggest mistake to take). First half of Junior year sucked. Hard.

Question #60: Do you have a cellphone? Thoughts on it?

iphys

No, although I did my best to fail grade 7, but they gave me special placement to grade 8 even though I did no work all year. I think they just wanted to usher me through that school as fast as possible to get rid of me, because I gave the teachers so much trouble on the rare occasions I actually bothered to roll out of bed and show up. I used to play my Game Boy in class, and the teachers couldn't do anything about it, because they knew they'd have to fight me if they tried to take it away.

Edit: Yes, I bought the cheapest one I could find and bought Tetris for it. It's brutally slow. When you press the buttons the pieces move like a second after you push them. I rarely use it as a phone. I pay $100 for a year and usually don't even use up that whole credit.

I've got a pretty basic smart phone. Nothing super fancy, but its great for killing time and growing cancerous tumors.

Yes, I've got an iphone. Its my first phone and because of I'm not that good at using non-touch screen phones.

Yeah, one of those cheap-o phones that are only really useful as a phone, and I only use it from time to time.

If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
