So many curiosities from one picture. Why is Twilight Sparkle on the floor reading sideways, while somepony uses her head for a chair? Especially with a real chair in the background that has to be more comfy. Anypony else with additional questions?

Sorry about the infrequency of posts, but between homework, Kid Icarus and Xenoblade I've been kind of busy. Only an hour and a half until the new episode, I'm so excited!
I'm planning on restarting my fanfic soon. Right now, Guardian Rising is in my signature. Chapter 5 isn't up yet and I'm trying so hard not to jump the shark, so you you guys can understand why I haven't mentioned my fanfic in so long. @Big_Mac Don't worry. That artwork you made for me has not gone to waste.
So the new episode was fantastic, probably my favorite of the season.
WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD
What a way to start the episode, first Big Mac can't lift the cake, then they have to pull down the train's side to get it on board. I lost it when they showed the Moose shaped Chocolate Moose. Twilight as Watson is perfect to counteract Pinkie's crazy Holmes, it was Pinkie's off the wall logic really made the episode. First a silent film homage, then a secret spy outing, and a Ninja strike. I love how ridiculous her stories were.! I liked the back and forth between Twilight and Pinkie, and the fight over the hats. Who knew they were so important to an investigator.
The truth about Rarity wearing false eyelashes was my favorite moment of the episode. I was hoping for some sort of reference to Scooby Doo, but it was still a great episode.
Great episode, though I missed a few minutes here and there. I knew about Rainbow Dash right from the time of the incident but that's as far as I could figure out. It's nice how Applejack wasn't involved in any of the crimes, seeing as how she'd fall apart if confronted anyway.

@Blue_Ace I haven't played in about a week , I've been distracted by Kid Icarus, but I need some practice too. Those mirror courses are killing me, I'm not sure why, but I just can't handle them.
@CorporalPegasus Yes, it's definitely great. I think the envelope was a reference to Clue as well.
I find Kid Icarus to be much less stressful to play than Mario Kart 7 because skill is actually rewarded. You can still come in dead last in Mario Kart or first no matter what your skill, and that can be infuriating if you've been first the entire race and then suddenly get chain itemed, making you last at the last second.

Any NES-playing ponies here realize the inspiration for the ninja montage? Check out the Ninja Gaiden clip below... [youtube:_rkaiKYEkDQ] Notice the similarities (Ninja Gaiden arcade also has a similar intro). The difference is a lack of split screen. Studio B also incorporated the split screen aspect of "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" doing its own take on the above Ninja Gaiden scene. Check out the movie's final battle to see what I mean. References to classic video games referenced in awesome movies? CHECK! Damn I love this show!
I just noticed Mulia also spin jumps al a Ryu Hayabusa (or Samus ) over the train car gaps (could be interpreted as a Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos reference)! So much AWESOME I can't hear!
@Blue_Ace Of course! Please don't misunderstand, I still like Mario Kart 7 very much. I just couldn't help but notice that I haven't wanted to throw my 3DS against a wall even once while playing Kid Icarus online.
