The whole intro to Bioshock is great. The music, visuals and Andrew Ryan's speech are great. I just finished playing through Bioshock infinite for the 2nd time, and the scene with all the lighthouses is really well done too.
My best moment when i was playing Dance Dance Revolution X2 Arcade at my local Arcade center, i was using blindfold and playing DDR X2 without seeing any arrows and facing opposite from the monitor so i will not able to see any arrows on monitor. When i was playing DDR with blindfold, some peoples stopped by to watch my performances on DDR machine and there were mixed reactions from confused, disbelief until impressed. I have ever got a few money and a Card to play from an old lady because she was impressed with my performances and it was the only best moment i have ever got.
Portal 2: Watching GLaDOS wake up after so many years
BOTW: Approaching the castle early on in the game and feeling the intimidating, oppressive atmosphere
Metal Gear Solid 4: Revisiting Shadow Moses and seeing how it's changed
Luigi's Mansion 3: Night Night

One of my favourite moments when it came to score hunting, was topping the UK leaderboards in Sin and Punishment 2. I did it on Hard mode with Kachi, because hardly anyone used her. But top is top lol
Super Mario Galaxy 2: First arriving at Cosmic Cove Galaxy, the music is so beautiful, the atmosphere is calming and the level itself is a lot of fun to explore.
Just the first few that came to mind. Being intentionally vague for some of these.
Metroid Prime - Entering Phendrana Drifts
Elite Beat Agents - You're The Inspiration
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - The cutscene where Rex gets punched
999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors - It has something to do with an axe
Pokémon G/S/C - Red on Mt. Silver
It's its, not it's.

I don't know how memorable I can claim this to be as I can't recall any details about it now, but I've only played it once so far and it stands out in my mind as a special moment... and that was the section in Mario Odyssey when... God I really can't remember anything really to be able to describe it, but I just know there was a section where you're racing up through something and there's Mario music playing (maybe 'Jump up Superstar') and there's loads of effects going on (I think... fireworks maybe) and it just felt like such a celebration of Mario.
I also remember well the last section of Halo, playing coop with my brother, racing in the 'hog to escape before the timer runs out -; that felt momentous, Cortana was really effective in that game.
Breath of the Wild... those first 100 hours or so. Wow, if I ever get that feeling again with another game I'll count myself lucky.
The ending cutscene in Ocarina of Time - I found it really touching and a lovely way to end such a stunning game.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
-Opera scene in FF6.
-Ending cutscene of FF9.
-Ending cutscene of FF10.
-Battle for Kaer Mohren in Witcher 3
-Prison Island battle in Xenoblade Chronicles
-Ending cutscene of Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
That moment in Arkham Asylum just before you meet the Scarecrow for the first time, and you haven’t got a clue what’s going on. I thought the game had a bug or something to start off with, and then it just got creepier. Amazing.
All of Breath of the Wild was incredible, but I’ll go for the very opening, leaving that dark tomb and entering this gorgeous, bright grassy expanse of nature.
Bit obvious this one, but Psycho Mantis in Metal Gear Solid - seminal.
The ending to Secret of Monkey Island 2: Lechuck’s Revenge. All of it.
The first fight in The World Ends With You. The music hits you hard, and you’re thrown into a completely unique battle system. But the music is what sticks with me.
And on a lighter note, the Persona 3 lads cruising for women on the beach.
Mass Effect 2 Suicide Mission.
It’s such a great feeling getting through it without losing a single teammate, but when one of them goes down it’s like you’ve been gut punched. It’s brutal.
There’s bound to be others, but this one will always stick with me.
