I loved the way he danced near the end.
And his animations whenever he talked.

His design may be almost over the top of bishoneness but I think that was intentional and worked well for him and his role in the game.

Also, his metallic Alfalfa form is great.

It has probably, the coolest and most enigmatic design ever from Nintendo,IMO.

His design is like the Zelda version of the worst bishonen modern day JRPG villian imaginable. But that's a good thing, his character was designed perfectly for what they were going for. A simultaneous parody of those types of villians while also being his own character, a villian you just loved to hate, which most good villians are like.
