Apple has more important companies to worry about. Amazon, Google, Facebook and Rakuten, for instance.

Why should you be worried about Apple? Samsung was the one in the wrong.

The ban would only pretain to older samsung devices that either aren't sold or at the lowend. Tbeonly patent that could be used against modern samsung and aneroid as a whole is pinch to zoom and most pundits are saying that ot wouldn't hold up.

I felt bad for the iPod classic - it didn't get a guernsey at the conference. I guess it's probably not the most popular iDevice, but mine has done a great job for me since I got it!

I was a bit surprised to see the iPod nano moving back towards the previous generation's form factor, following the little square one that was most recent. I guess it wasn't that popular.

I imagine the iPhone 5 will be a pretty nice device, although I don't follow phones that closely so I'm not sure how it will compare to others on the market. Can't say I'll get one myself, but I wouldn't mind getting my hands on one to have a look at.

I think it's ok. If people wants a small square they can get the shuffle.

The previous iPod nano, even though it's beautiful, is just a big shuffle with a screen.

I love my iPhone4, and I have no intention of downgrading to iPhone5. I still can't understand what they were thinking when they designed it, it looks absolutely horrible with the silver font on the back. No thanks.

The new iPods look gorgeous though.

Didn't Apple only win the Lawsuit in the U.S.? I swore I heard somewhere that South Korean courts ruled in favor of Samsung? And what are other countries' courts saying on the matter?

Actually South Korea found both companies guilty, and made them pay each other money.

The iPhone 5 doesn't look all that spectacular to me... looks like an updated 4S. It doesn't even come with NFC, which I think was a bad mistake, with Apple's touch on most of the technological world, they could have essentially made everything useless. The 4-Inch Retina Display will be very nice, but I think that's the only thing I'm really interested in...

I think they could have done better with the iPhone 5 personally... besides, they'll probably release a 5Z next year anyway.

What made you decide to go with the 820 instead of the 920? I'll probably be deciding which of the two to go with around the end of December and I'm curious why you are picking the 820.

i will get it not buy for full price in 1 time but overtime it's a little more over time iknow but i get 3/4g internet+ like 400+ sms and like 500+ call minutes or how you call that is enough for me becuase ijust use whatsapp etc and after 2 years its ended always renew my then and choice a new mobile:p

I think The New iPad looks a lot nicer in my opinion. I don't understand the point in bringing out new iPod's now anyway, since the iPhone does everything the iPod can and more... :/

A lot of people will want to buy the option without the money-eating phone.
