Topic: I don't like ___ genre but I like___game

I don't like strategy games, but I love Advance Wars.

I don't like sports games but I like Wii sports resort and Punch-out. Then again they're not typical sports games.
If I replace genre with franchise, then I don't like Pokemon but I like Pokemon link.

I don't care for FPS games but I really REALLY love the Left 4 Dead games.

I don't care much for RPGs, but I love Radiant Historia, Persona 4, and Valkyrie Profile.

Don't like the racing genre but like Road Rash.

Don't like the Real Time Strategy genre but love Starcraft/Warcraft.

Don't like the sports genre but still like nothing about the sports genre.

Don't like the Puzzle genre but still love Tetris. _{I like the majority of the puzzle games out there but there's enough out there to really tick me off to justify a mixed opinion}

More "I'm hopeless at and thus don't buy" than "I don't like", but:

I don't like fighting games but I love Tatsunoko vs Capcom.

I don't generally like games where you have to create most of the stuff, but I love Warioware DIY (And will love Flipnote 3D)

I generally don't care for sim racers, but I really liked Gran Turismo (well, the first one at least).

I don't like minigames but I love Warioware.

I'm don't like strategy/RTS but I like Advance Wars.

(Which, I suck at. But I just really like it.)

I'm not overly fond of FPS, but Timesplitters 2 is one of my favorite games. (Also I really like TF2 and Goldeneye)

I never really enjoyed point and click games but I like Zak and Wiki and Back to the Future.

I don't like sports game but I do like NBA Jam, Tecmo Super Bowl, Blades of Steel, and Super Mario Sluggers (I wish there were more arcade-type sports game and less of these simulation games).

I don't like rhythm games all that much but I do like Gitaroo Man and Rhythm Heaven. (Also, I enjoy Guitar Hero and Rock Band with friends but they aren't something I'd play for hours on end by myself)
