I know this isnt the thread for this, but is anyone else's Wii U browser working horribly? The search icon brings up a page instead of just letting me search and Nintendo's site doesn't load correctly now

I'm almost positive that Devil's Third video will be in the Digital Event. Possibly cut down, but if it is cut down, it will only be by a little bit. Last year's Digital Event was about 47 minutes. This year's could be a bit longer (like 55 minutes). I should also point out that Yoshi, Xenoblade X, and Fatal Frame do not need very long trailers at all. They should be about as long as Bayo 2's trailer, which was about a 1:00 to 1:30. Devil's Third receiving a long 10 minute segment makes sense as they want to reintroduce it. Also, that video shows much improved graphics.
I don't think they will talk about Fatal Frame at the Digital Event. I think they'll relegate that to a later Nintendo Direct, and focus on games they think will generate more buzz.

I really don't see why people think those are Digital Event leaks. For one, they were posted by Nintendo itself, and no, I don't think they'd be that stupid. Secondly, those are way too long. Seriously, give them some credit.
Either way, I thought Devil's Third was a first-person shooter? I'm glad it isn't I generally dislike first-person games.
I wasn't saying it's a leak. More along the lines of they made the video for the japanese audience and dub&sub it for the digital event. But I do hope you're right.

Don't get me wrong, Retro did an outstanding job on the Donkey Kong Country games. But I would love to see them do something different instead of doing the same thing as third time. Something that really pushes them as a studio.

If it is Donkey Kong, which my gut feeling says it is, then it probably won't sell well due to people boycotting it even more than they did Tropical Freeze simply because "how dare Retro not work on a Metroid".
I don't care if it's Metroid or not, I just don't want another 2D platformer. It'd be the third in a row from a company with way more potential. They should give the task of creating another DK game to another studio.

I was fine with Chibi-Robo being 2D, since it was a 3DS game, so it's not really wasting potential in that regard. What I am not fine with is the fact that it looks like an OG DS game, and doesn't look particularly original or fun.
