I'll be honest, I've been reading the name Tomodachi Life for years and I still don't know the first thing about it! 😂 I'm very fond of Mii's, though. When the Wii came out, my girlfriend at the time and I spent many hours making accurate-as-possible Mii's of all our friends, family, co workers, etc etc. My god, we were still just kids. 😮‍💨

We got so much out of that console! Depending on the day, you might catch me saying the Wii is the best/my favorite console of all time. I still use mine a little bit every day when I weigh myself on Wii Fit Channel 🥳

PS - what's good about T.Life, so far?

Oh, I'm still semi trapped in the past and for good reason. lol But i prefer to blend a lot of that past with the present, maybe in modern ways, depending, or just rebuying some of that stuff from my past through eBay. YouTube gives you access to pretty much any 80's/90's commercial(Which is my daily medicine. ) you can think of through Compilation videos(80'scommercialvault etc), 80s/90s music videos, Johnny Carson interviews, the works. And as far as modern gaming goes, i tend to gravitate towards NewWave retro be it Blazing Chrome, Curse of the Moon, DOOM + DOOM II, Bomb Chicken, Super Cyborg, Fredder Farmer and so fourth. I highly recommend those last three if you haven't played them. They're fanfrikkintastic! And never ever get mentioned in these forums. It's always the run of the mill standard indie darlings that everybody and their gramps have already heard about.

And LOL. What are the odds? I just watched Prom Night 3 literally just 3 days ago....Through Prime-Shudder i think? I think it was thrown on the recently added section, which is probably why we both most of stumbled upon it recently. Wasn't half bad, and still has more charm, spunk and cheesy fun feel-good entertainment value, plus late 80's fashion(Which always wins) than 95% of the crap coming out these days. I remember PN2 being the better movie.

The highlite of PN3 was catching a glimpse of the professors dead body with whip cream, Bananas, cherries & american Flags stuffed in his chest/stomach. lol That will be forever embeded in my metroid mother brain. lol 2. And yes, 100% sugar-free dark chocolate(Especially organic quality Powder or nibs) I feel is essential on the daily. Can't live without it! It's superior to coffee in ways simply because you don't crash the same way, there's half as much caffeine(If you're sensitive to it) and more nutritional benifits.

And I haven't dipped my toes into CyberPunk just yet. But I'd be intersted in playing the PCVR mod, when i finally cave and buy a PC with a 5070 or 5070 Ti, and use the Quest 3 to play it, until the Steam Frame/head set finally releases in early Q2 this year. Anyways, best thread on the site! it's taking me back NL's 2010-2013 days. Random posts, plus 80's & 90'sness nostalgia is always a good time.

Plus, i really need to buy Freddy's Nightmares on disc already. It's either etsy or eBay with these fan made releases below, since there's still no official release in sight, and probably never will be in NA.

I started to feel a bit different at 28. That's when i felt like my happy bubble bursted vs 24 - 28. That level of exciteability, drive, ambission and wonderment(As Michael Jackson always loves to put it. lol) started to fade and trickle away a little. Of course, diet, exersise, stress, getting enough sleep, and what you put in and don't put in your body will always play a vital role based on how you feel and look.
But at the same time, I don't think most people will feel quite as great or energatic at 41-42 regardless, compared to lets say how they were in their mid 20's.

I rarely drink anymore, i eat super clean 95% of the time, do cardio and blah blah. But even so, i feel like I'm now reliant on coffee and especially dark chocolate(etc) to get my mornings going, where as before at like 26 or 27 i didn't need either to have the same level of energy after popping out of bed. What can I say, when you get older you tend to slow down!

Plus I always struggle with my faith. If i lose it, then all of the things that bring me joy & happyness start to crumble and feel boarderline meanignless. I was a lot more spirtual, artistic and essentric back in my mid 20's(26 & 27 were my peak adult years). I'm trying to regain that and my faith 100. Just my opinion, but if you don't have faith, you've got nothing.

I work in a cabinet shop in one of the more oppressed, destitute states in the union which has been crushed by political corruption and austerity, and I'm frequently shocked by what my co workers in my space "haven't heard about." at a point it becomes a personal choice and I have had to stop beating my head against that particular wall, sadly.

PS - thank you for understanding the assignment 😅 though I've loved everything about this thread so far and I welcome the randomness as well. carry on!

I got 2 of my posts removed from the PC gaming thread for posting my guide on how to mod your LEGAL GOG copy of Resident Evil 3 Nemesis to have analog (better) controls.

Apparently to post mod methods for OLD LEGALLY purchased games, that are NOT violating copyrights falls under the "Removed - current gen piracy/emulation" ...

thats really odd! mods are actually encouraged and accomodated on steam so I'd consider them fully legitimized by now.

I did however have a comment deleted once for making fun of an article posted here that was literally about the different textures of deku sticks in Ocarina of Time, haha.

I'm doing my best to not make a joke about the comical pointlessness of caring what happens on video game news article comments, and just pointing out that this thread is meaningless to me specifically on the basis that nearly any off topic comment I would even want to make are either about deeply miserable/exhausting topics or would get me banned lol (and not even in ways where I could disagree with that decision :V).

That being said, I did somehow turn a recent article into a discussion about how Majora's Mask is better than OOT in an article that was not about Zelda at all, but I'm too lazy to double check what it was exactly. My off topic posts are cooler than yours apparently.
