@kkslider5552000 I would play Majora's Mask if I could...but I always held off becuase of lack of interest & laziness. Plus...I screwed myself over by not getting the 3DS remake or remaster or whatever the heck phrases folks use for updated ports of old games these days...

I think it's fair to call it "The 3DS port." It isn't as descriptive, perhaps, but imo unless theres an unexpected element, like it's a newer machine but playing a "demade" version or something, the reader can interpret that it is essentially the same game except with the trappings and advantages of the console specified, in this case slightly better graphics, some quality of life features, and probably stereoscopic 3D.
When I refer to "the Genesis port" of Virtua Fighter 2, the receiver of my words does not have to wonder if it's a "demake." in fact the term afaik didn't exist at the time and no one was confused at all, my child self included. ๐
anyway, Majora's Maks is awesome! It is worth playing just to experience the music, visuals, characters, unique mechanics, and general weirdness. it is the strangest Zelda game I am aware of, with Link's Awakening in second. Together, they are the "Twin Peaks" Zelda games.
Full disclosure: I find MM extremely difficult for whatever reason, and I once actually made some real headway through tremendous effort, only to have my cart freeze up and lose that day's progress, and I haven't returned since! don't you hate it when that happens? ๐ฎโ๐จ
@Eel you know, I never liked blue cheese for the longest time, it just has this weird back flavour. But I had some Castello Danish blue recently and I loved it. Paired with a glass of red and a fresh baguette, excellent. Yes, I am a hermit of culture, (not really).

Oh, how I miss Fido Dido & Cool Spot. Heck, just the commercials back in the late 80's & early to mid 90's in general were incredible. The level of talent at hand, time and creativity poured into most of them was on a completely different level than the corporate cheap soul sucking garbage of today. It's all about effeciency and saving a buck these days.
