I don't think Tony Stark made an Infinity Gem. In Guardians they say that a singularity or something like that made the gems. They are all known to many, not on Earth, so it wouldn't make much since for Stark to have made one. Popular Opinion is that Doctor Strange will introduce another Gem and Guardians 2 will introduce the 6th and final gem. Also Tony makes multiple cores for his multiple suits meaning there is basically an infinity number of Soul Gems. I just don't see this happening.

There is no way Stark created an infinity gem. He is smart but not that smart. Now the council of Reeds has a few of them with gauntlets with the gems but I think that is the closest we have seen of mad scientist good guy having them all. I know that the gems were tossed into a singularity thanks to Silver Surfer but I don't remember the MCU explanation. Besides the gems come from the remnants of Nemesis (who committed suicide...is it suicide when a god wills themself out of existence?).

Guardians explained how the Infinity Gems came into existence, which is why it would be impossible for Stark to have created it. It something about at the beginning of time there were 6 singularities.

@DefHalan Just rewatched Guardians to get the MCU explanation. How bland. I prefer the comic book origin...granted seeing as nothing was alive before the ending of the previous universe and the creation of the current universe (except Galan of course and I don't think he noticed at the time for obvious reasons) the singularities could still be Nemesis unnamed in the MCU. I think that they just grabbed on to the fact that the surfer was the reason they were scattered in a singularity and since they don't own the rights to surfer in the MCU and it is long backstory they just ran with singularity and they did in so many words use the Elders of the Universe. So they sorta hinted at the Silver Surfer/Thantos Quest storyline.

....Also did I just see a Celestial (Eson) wipe out a planet? Apparently I really zoned out the first time I saw this.

What was the MCU explanation? Was it a celestial dying?

When they're done with the Defenders, Marvel needs to make a Moon Knight series for Netflix. Who's with me?!

Meh, Moon Knight has never impressed me. I'd prefer to see super villian show possibly based around Hood myself.

Moon Knight would be cool, but I'd love to see a Cloak & Dagger series.

So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.

In the MCU the Infinity Stones were six singularities that existed before the current universe. After the universe exploded into existence these six singularities were forged into the Infinity Stones.

I find Moon Knight to be a bit lame. Rather see Blade and Tomb of Dracula, Ghost Rider, Punisher, Shang Chi before Moon Knight.

Blade is gonna be a movie, they have a script done for it but I'm guessing it'll be announced with the next phase of films.

Probably, they rebooted Spider-Man & Daredevil when they got those back and I see no reason for sticking with the Wesley Snipes version.

It was a generic enough explanation that they can still explore their origin more but detailed enough to know that Stark didn't create it.

Blade like Punisher is a concept so removed from the rest of the MCU that the older films could honestly be rextoned into the MCU or made gauge like the hulk.

They need to resurrect the Marvel Knights banner to make some lower budget R rated films that exist outside of the MCU continuity. Blade, Punisher, and Ghost Rider for starters. I don't think there's enough "meat" on any of those characters to flesh out a full 13 hour miniseries from the get-go.

Punisher makes more sense as a recurring character in the netflix stuff and could headline his own series if done correctly.

Blade and Ghost Rider have mre than enough on the bones too make 13 hour series. Blade for example first appereaed as a side charcater in the long running Tomb of Dracula and I would pretty much adapt this series but make Blade more of player than recurring character, Fhist Rider the Jason Aaron run has alot of play with all the angels and demons stuff.

But he was created the same way we create machines and it was Thor's Power that brought him to life.
