I enjoyed last night's AoS episode and I wonder how things will change in the next Season. The last few seconds really took me by surprise. I wonder what happened to that character.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
Seeing as she can beat almost anyone in the Marvel universe (doesn't matter that she is a joke character her wins still count) I think we don't need her...if she appears in an avengers movie its going to be 5 min long and four of those mins will be Tony complaining that they didn't recruit her sooner.
So took mom to see Avengers for mother's day. Don Chedle still doesn't feel like Rhodie...(I know I know get over it) but he feels like he is trying too hard. The hammer scene was funny especially with Cap. Thor looked like he was going to throw up for a second. Ultron felt off. It felt more like "this is what happens when Tony Stark goes crazy...er" than like Ultron. The twins were pretty cool and considering I normally dislike their characters in the comics I was surprised how much I liked them in the MCU.
AoS was great, though I felt the primary villain was almost too sympathetic to the point that it made the ep a little depressing. What the primary villain was trying to stop is impossible to stop or hide or be truly safe from. Hatred and fear. Short of controlling the world you can't change the hearts and minds of everyone and if you do that how are you any better than what you stopped? However since inhumans=mutants in the MCU I have to say they came up with an awesome way to begin mass activations around the world. (goes to buy some fish oil pills just in case) plus with the dosage being so small it also can be used to tie in the fact that most mutants get their powers when they hit puberty.
As for the secondary Villain...he is in charge now?! Can we please just sic May on him so she can rip him apart? Speaking of which...sorta bummed about the rekindling of the old flame though quite frankly we all knew who was in the pic on his desk in the first place.
Also the last seconds of the ep...can't those two EVER catch a break?

After watching last night's Shield I got this ere feeling the Peter Quill's father is Inhuman. Not sure if this was discussed but some believe his father is a the Collector after looking up some Info.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
So I just thought about this when I considered the basic premise of Civil War is very similar to the beginning of the Incredibles.
What if Disney merged The Incredibles with Marvel properties (not for Civil War necessarily).
Disney would be very smart to keep those properties mutually exclusive. I could see a Incredibles Comic book done by Marvel. But the outcry to this unnecessary mash-up would be huge. Both are entirely different.

Just finished watching The Punisher. Never heard much about it one way or the other, but I thought it was a decent watch.
80's or 00's version?
I keep meaning to watch the 80's one but I never get round to it. The 00's one I don't think it deserve the hate it gets but it still feels to me like too much of a throwback to flicks like Dirty Harry/Mad Max without pulling it off as well.

Can I just remind everyone that the season finale for Agents of SHIELD has not aired in most countries yet and will not until a few weeks time. Can we keep spoilers to a minimum please?

I do feel like we have been trying to keep spoilers to a minimum and have been using spoiler tages well.
I saw Age of Ultron for the second time. It was great, I am getting more and more excited for Ant-Man. I hope that is a good thing, I don't want to get my expectations to high

To be honest if this was a specific Agents of SHIELD thread I would agree with you but this is a general Marvel thread where the conversation could jump from the movies, shows, comics or toons. As long as people use spoiler tags I don't see it as a problem nor is it unreasonable to do so.
OMG how did I not know this was a thing? It looks like it uses the MCU versions of the characters as inspiration? Has anyone read this?

I have been reading it and I love it. So far Coulson and Jemma seem to be the most used characters. Fitz has some funny moments. It crosses over with other characters. I really recommend this series.

(Huge Spoilers Follow!)
So I started to brainstorm and think about all of the things that happened in Age of Ultron and what will lead up to the Infinity War movies. IN AoU Thor's "vision" while in that black pool shows 4 of the 6 infinity stones so far.
Space Stone: Tesseract
Mind Stone: Loki's Scepter
Reality Stone: Aether (From Thor: The Dark World)
Power Stone: Orb (Guardians of the Galaxy)
So that leaves 2 left. This has left many people to speculate that the next two will appear in either the 3rd Thor, Doctor Strange, or Guardians of the Galaxy 2. My theory is that one of the 2 has been right under the Avengers noses before the 1st Avengers movie.
I believe that the (Soul Stone) was created by Tony Stark in Iron Man 2. Not only does this make sense due to in being such a big event when he created the "new "element", but it being placed in the heart, or "soul" of his suit furthers this theory. I think that the the other stone will turn up in Doctor Strange and Thanos will acquire 5 of the 6 in the first part of Infinity War and not until the very end will Thanos pluck the Soul Stone from Iron Man's suit to set up the all powerful Infinity Gauntlet for part 2.
This would have been even more dramatic if they never would have even made the abomination that was Iron Man 3 so that him plucking it from Tony would also give some more dramatic heft due to him needing the element to survive.
