Blade and Ghost RIder will probably be good series/cameos after Doctor Strange and Iron Fist comes out. As for the Punisher casting its good, but it makes me wonder what the plans for Daredevil season 2 and the defenders are. I assumed that the second season would get farther into The Hand and the mystical stuff with Stick and that plotline Now i'm wondering that even if we see Bullseye and Elecktra in season 2 will the hand and the crazy magic stuff be the end game for defenders.

Watched Guardians of the Galaxy for the first time the other day!
Other than a bit of scene skipping (damaged Netflix rental DVD) it was a really fun watch, and I'll be sure to watch it again when I get the chance (especially so I can see it hiccup free).

Shock! Horror! Tom Holland a teenager is gonna play a teenager Spider-Man, what a strange idea. They've also announced Jon Watts as the director. Apparently it's gonna have a John Hughes feel to it which sounds perfect to me.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
Considering Sony is controlling the 2017 movie, and Jon Watts was likely chosen because he's a fledgling director who the studio can control, my expectations are dampened.
Nothing against the actor and director themselves, but I've lost a lot of faith in Sony's ability to run Spider-man.

From what I understand Sony are pretty much giving Marvel a bunch of money to make the film for them and then keep the profits for themselves and in return Marvel get to use Spider Man in other films.

Marvel is in full control of the film hence why the younger actor was chosen based on his screen tests with RDJ and Chris Evans.
Newer director made a film that's hot on the festival circuit and they're going for a John Hughes superhero film.

So i am rewatching Agents of SHIELD Season 2 and I think this show is way better watching it one episode after the other, instead of waiting a week for a new episode. Some shows work well with waiting a week, AoS does not lol.

Also it's always been the case that Marvel decides on directors they can "control" as they they need to make sure everything connects and fits together, Edgar Wright, Patty Jenkins and Brian Kirk had to quit/was fired because of it, and even Joss Whedon didn't have free reign with his stories about working with Marvel coming out now he's left.
With Marvel, I'm not as skeptical, but Sony studio intervention is what led to the death of both previous Spider-man franchises.
