Here's my predictions for tomorrow's Nintendo conference.
Reggie talks about 3DS sales and the future of the 3DS. He announces a few games for the 3DS, and moves on to Project Cafe. As he talks about Cafe and its specs, he announces Cafe's official name: "Nintendo Genetics". To explain why they named it that, two other Reggies walk on stage. Nintendo announces that cloning technology has been perfected and will be possible with the new console. Uplifting music starts playing in the background, and the three Reggies start to sing a hymn in perfect harmony. Each Reggie names a game from the Holy Trifecta of Nintendo Titles, also known as the Three Trials: "Super Mario Galaxy 3" "Pikmin 3" "Skyward Sword 2" Suddenly, the three Reggies draw closer to each other. They announce that they are close to reaching critical mass and their time of accension is soon. The pressure grows too great and nuclear fusion begins. The three Reggies merge into one and glowing, he announces a new EarthBound game for the new console. Reggie rises into the air getting brighter and brighter every second. "Goodbye my children, now I must leave this planet," he says in a booming voice. He ascends into the cosmos to take his rightful place in the celestial order. His star shines brightest, watching over us. World peace is eventually declared and common disease is wiped out and poverty abolished. We send a mission to Mars and begin our journey into the great cosmic ocean.
Pray tell the time and place you acquired such godly clairvoyance.
So far, Microsoft's Press Confrence has been.....meh. And Sony's wasn't exactly ground-breaking either, other than the annoncement of a new Sly Cooper sequel and the ICO/SotC HD Collection due for September.
Oh well, hopefully the almighty, yet malevolent space gods would answer my prayers for a well designed Cafe controller (a six inch screen in the middle of a GameCube like controller is all I ask). Not being the groutesque, bulky, oversized Touch Pad I keep hearing about being rumored around in fansites. If this excuse of a controller has actually come to fruition, I won't be a very happy Puddi. >=(
I'm gonna say it: Nintendo won E3. Again. Although I think the conference could've used more Reggie...

Nintendo barely edges out Sony (the Smash Bros. announcement worked wonders), and Microsoft is booed off the stage in shame. That's how E3 was to my mind anyway.
The 2011 Nintendo Developer roundtable discussion is coming up soon. Will more surprises be in store? Possibly! This is where we found out about a new Zelda game last time. http://wii.ign.com/articles/117/1173797p1.html
