In the EO:MG DEMO, do the grimoire stones (probably spelled that wrong) have any use?

They seem to be doing nothing but taking up space right now, and I want to know if there's any reason for me to keep them.

They're very important, but I don't know how important they'll be in the demo.

I want a More story driven EO game on the WIi U now.

@Tech Have you played Untold yet? Was wondering if I should start on classic or story mode.

I haven't played anything beyond the demo. I want to but other games keep getting in the way! Definitly start with the story mode! The main game has been updated enough that its fun but the story mode is where it's at. Plus i don't think you can do the added content of the additional dungeon on normal mode.

Ahem. The Vita just might be the best game console purchase I've ever made. Between P4G, Ys: Memories of Celceta, and the zillions of classics on PSP and PS1, I'm living in JRPG heaven right now.

I was really glad Nintendo did the Fire Emblem/SMT4 eshop credit promo. It got me to pick up SMT4, and I thoroughly enjoyed it (prob 60+ hours into it easily, just don't have the time to do another 2 or 3 run throughs).

I really hope we get SMT x FE this year. Just goes to show how great the 3DS was this year, when these fantastic games still aren't my personal GOTY.

Man...EO: The Untold Story seems a lot more challenging than EO IV. Much harder to get money for weapon/armor upgrades. And I still don't have grimoire stone synthesis down.

I just received a email that SMT is coming to ios?? Yes that's SMT not SMT 4. If it ever comes to Google I may hae to check it out!

Yup, it came out I guess recently, and it's a really good port. Not much trouble with the translation, and the gameplay seems to have been tweaked a little to make it more accessable (unless I was just really stupid when I originally played the Super Famicom version years ago...). It controlls great, too. I'd say it's the definitive version of the game. While it is recommended for the iPhone and iPod Touch, it can be played on the iPad, though I've had no sound on my 3rd Gen iPad unless I use headphones. I'll have to see if its just that game...because otherwise the larger screen makes would be preferable, especially if you do Portrait mode.

It's also on sale right now for $6.

@CanisWolfred Thanks for the info. All I need now is a android version of it made and I'm good to go. Can't see why it wouldn't happen as there is far more android users then ios ones.
