This game is awesome! Pretty much everything about this game has been fixed or improved. As has been stated everywhere, the controls work great. Also, the adjectives are awesome. I spawned a large hungry shy depressed snake. The levels are much more interesting to play and (mostly) can not just be solved with "jetpack" or "god." A few things I've noticed: -Putting the word "lively" in front of an inanimate object will cause it to start happily jumping around. -If you spawn Maxwell in this game, the new Maxwell will start spawning random items. These can literally be ANYTHING! (I don't THINK this happened in the first game). And umm yeah I think that's it. But yes this game is AWESOME!

seems everyone who gets thier hands on this love it. Can't wait for Nlife's review. sadly, I just spent (mostly) all my money, so I won't be getting it till it goes on sale, but it looks great.
I just tried out Small Flying Explosive Pregnant Angry Spotted Elephant. The explosiveness was set off as if the elephant were a bomb. And the elephant was so angry that it killed its baby after it birthed it!
Also, I think this has been stated in other places, but the camera does NOT snap back annoyingly to Maxwell after a few seconds. It just stays in the place you left it, but if you're far away from Maxwell and want to go back to him, there's a spot on the touch screen you can touch.
I have to say that while the title screen was pretty fun, in the first game, that fun is multiplied by 1000000 in this game. The possibilities are literally endless, and combining adjectives with nouns in ways that don't make sense is all sorts of fun.

Man this game is awesome on intense levels! I typed in super glue, 2 presidents, and a mega gun. I shot the super glue and it turned into a flying bathtub. After destroying the bathtub, the glue appeared again and started hopping towards me, but it looked like it had a starite behind it, plus it was also beeping. The glue exploded, but it didn't disappear, and it ticked off the 2 presidents, which led them to beat the stuffing out of the glue for ten minutes until it eventually died. My face: O.O
I already love this game 10000000000000000001 times more than the first, there are even so many little changes in some the objects like sprite changes and behavier changes that make this game so amazing. I didn't even touch the story mode yet.
Sorry for the bad grammer, I just want to get back to playing.
@sonic_brawler BWAHAHA I kind of just did that, except that instead of destroying the bathtub, I removed the wings and rode around inside it (yes I rode around inside the bathtub even though it couldn't fly and didn't have wheels), leading the presidents to eventually run away from the glue and jump inside the bathtub, until I emptied the bathtub and the presidents preceded to beat the super glue until it died, which didn't take ten minutes, due to me giving the mega gun to one of the presidents. This game is blowing my mind.
EDIT: So since it saves your adjective history, I typed a BUNCH of random adjectives I had already used and added kangaroo at the end, and yielded: Happy Polka-Dot Mythical Spotted Small Tiny (yeah I know it's redundant I told you I did it randomly) Brown Super Furry Metallic Kangaroo. Yes of course it worked.
DOUBLE EDIT: If you make something suicidal and give it some way that it can kill itself (for example a cat can't use a knife but a human can) it will!
Oh god, the game looks awesome, oh dude, but I might not be able to get it till the 24th, because I need to wait my dad to flight to Panamá, I can still buy it here, it will only cost me like 60$, probably more...
I just read Gamespot's review, whoever wrote that is a moron. Admittedly the creativity is a tad limited at certain times, but it's only so that we don't have the "use Pegasus and a lasso for every level" problem. But he seems like the only reviewer who gave it such a bad review everyone was incredibly postive so I wouldn't worry too much.

@SuperMarioFan96, yes I know, IGN give it a 9 and 1up give it a A+, that is also a 9, anyways, as I said before I probably won't be able to get that game till the 24th or so..
Gamespot gave it a 6.5!? That can't be right at all.....
@SuperMarioFan- Lol, that's awesome. I just had the 2 presidents beat up the glue with their fists, which took a while. When I made a suicidal man and spawned a knife, he started to walk towards it and I was like, "Nuh, uh. He's not gonna do it.", and then it happend.....
I was just reading the GameSpot review. They were saying the puzzles didn't have enough imagination? Well, I think most of the ones I played were really clever, like the form the army one. I don't think they said they said anything about the improved level editor, either. :/ Not like I care, though. I stopped listeningto Gamespot's reviews ever since their NSMBWii one.

Amazing game is amazing.
i think the levels are better too. the action levels had to go because of the inclusion of adjectives, a supersonic flying invincible unicorn could beat them all in a flash. the levels are actually very creative in my mind (and more specific in what youre trying to accomplish due to the new checklist) i thought the one were you have to scare your friends was funny and the one were you have to bribe everyone with gifts in order to cut the line at a gamestore was really fun to do. i also think that the level of excitement is stepped in SS compared to the original. sure you were amazed when you saw a snowman fight a velocieraptor in the original, but in SS you can have a giant manic armed snowman fight a blue enraged velocieraptor which results in a much higher sense of amazement. overall i get where the reviewer is coming from, but i disagree completely.
btw, try a "huge lolwut" in the game

oh and by the way, i really love the game, but dont you guys think the vocabulary of adjectives in the game is a bit... lacking? they dont have the adjective "devilish" or "molten" or "atheist" or "bulgy". i can understand that adjectives can be harder to do because of gerunds, but still... anyway, the game is still awesome, regardless

The biggest problem for me in the first Scribblenauts besides the controls was how the levels sometimes were almost impossible to figure what to do, like the "pin him down" one, what? But I love the levels in SS. Also, its a lot easier to get merits since you can get them on the title screen now. And some of the avatars are great, you can choose to play as the president, who looks like Obama in this game. And I agree, there have been a lot of adjectives that didn't work, like "dancing." But the list is still pretty impressive, and I absolutely love this game.
Oh, type in "arcade machine", you'll get a neat little minigame.
I knew it would be brilliant, can't wait to buy it! Surely this can't get anything less than a 10 from NLife? Just the TITLE SCREEN alone must be worth a 10!
BTW, the Gamespot reviewer probably has no imagination, which would explain why he didn't enjoy the game.
