As an unbiased owner of multiple DSi and PSPgo systems and as a large purchaser of DSiWare and PSP minis, I can confidently assert that there is no way in hell minis even come remotely close to DSiWare when it comes to better quality titles, absolutely NO WAY. DSiWare is the winner, no contest.
Certainly sounds like an unbiased comment to me. When will people understand that simple owning both consoles doesn't magically exempt you from the naturally-human expression of bias? I own everything under the sun except a 360. I am biased as absolute hell.
Personally, regardless of game quality, I feel the minis are more accessible and a smarter set-up. The ability to play them on both PSP and PS3 gives them an automatic leg up as far as I'm concerned. I don't own as many though (mostly due to realizing how much money I wasted on Wiiware and DSiWare and not wanting to make the same mistake with minis)
What do people consider all these amazing DSiWare games? I see Shantae.....Cave Story could count I guess, but it's the third port of the game. Dark Void was cool too......
GG series is fun........ That's 7 (and Super Hero Ogre and Z-One were pretty bad, so it's back to 5). I've bought more bum DsiWare apps than Wiiware apps, and that's saying something.

That's my point as well. I certainly think there are some good DSiWare games - especially given I am a puzzle fan (mind you, Cave Story and Shantae are not out down here in Australia). The Art Style series, Q Games' three titles, Flight Control, Zenonia, and a bunch of others - all good. But nothing that has them stand out over the PS Minis.
It's really down to individual tastes - I personally prefer Minis, because it's a slightly friendlier platform for the develoers, so I find out output slightly more varied. But to say one is objectively better than the other really isn't fair.
@Swerd&Waltz: My statement was OTT just for fun, you guys didn't perceive that from my key usage of ridiculous language and capitalization? ...but really though, the best minis just don't compare with the best of what DSiWare offers in my opinion. Like I said in a previous post(...at least, I hope I said it), that doesn't mean there aren't good minis if you guys prefer minis, I buy minis too. If you feel the need to dispute me, please, feel free to list the best minis and the best DSiWare from your personal opinion here. Especially Gameloft games, I LOOOVE Gameloft games. =D
What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.
I think both are pretty terrible. There are a couple of decent PSP mini's, but they're mostly ports of games that were developed for smart phones.. and most of those are only any fun when you're waiting for a train and need a way to pass time, I don't think there's any games on there I'd actually seriously sit down and play.
The DSiWare isn't much better.. I enjoy puzzle games, but there's a complete saturation of them. The only game I've really enjoyed on it has been Shantae. (I'd probably love Cave Story, but they actually have to release it here for that to count).
PSN, XBLA and Steam indie games on the other hand, work because there's some real effort put into them. They aren't released to make a quick buck and are constantly providing some of the most unique and inventive games on the market. Hell, most of the 360's best games lately have been downloadable XBLA titles.. and that's not a bad thing!
