Topic: PS2 graphics on DS game?

I was browsing Gamestop's site, and found a game called the Legend of Kay, looking at the screenshots, I could not believe that the game was for DS, and thought it was from the PS2 game (there was a ps2 version of it) but then I saw this picture. at Gamespot.
I am wondering if maybe the frame-rate will suffer like Gamespot claims to be true about PS2 game, or maybe the gameplay (sure hope not).
About the Game:
Cats lived peacefully on their large tree until the emperor Shun, king of the gorillas, invaded their village. Kay, a young cat trained in martial arts, steps up...

I haven't seen graphics like this on a ds since that homebrew game, Fandian....

I was going to say that something is amiss, but GameSpot sports the same screenshots.
If graphics like that are possible, then Nintendo would of taken advantage of it in previous games.

I'll be skeptical until some gameplay videos show up.

Looking at the developer and publisher sites, there is no information about this game being on the DS. There's a link to a PS2 version, but I can't find anything on a DS one.

You should have recognized that simply by the facts that the graphics are way to good for DS and that there are no doublescreen images...

I looked around at IGN and I found the same game on the PS2. I guess that the company that's making the game was lazy to get screenshots for the DS so they just said "let's put the PS2 images in the DS section to not waste time." IGN will probably fix it in a few days.

EDIT: As for the double screen shot, that was easily photo-shopped. How do I know? I' pretty sure the same character can't be talking and fighting.

It would appear that you've never seen a comic book or film adaptation thereof. Entire conversations, all within the span of a few punches and kicks.

Those grapcis aren't ps2 graphics they are ps1 or n64 graphics
