Come here to discuss PS0. I know it hasn't come out let in NA, but still. I've been wanting this game since last year. Yes, 2008. So, what do you plan on having as your main character? I'm planing on being a HUCast, (hunter Cast), but if only Rangers can use the gunslash, then I'm gonna be a RACast. But I'm probably going to be a HUCast with a RAHuman and a FONewman.
Hyped for this one. I'll be getting it for Christmas instead of Kingdom Hearts. As of now, I'm gonna be a RAHuman. EDIT: Btw, it got an 8.0 in Nintendo Power.

Well, irken004, here are the options that you can choose for your character: First is your Race, which are humans, the most well-rounded, cast, the robots that can deal out and withstand the most damage but can't use technics (magic), and then newmen, which are life elves, they can't deal much damage, but excell at technics. Then your class, which are hhunters, which use short-range weapons, rangers, who are gun savvy, and force, which are good with magic.
It's out in the US before Christmas?! It's not out here until February!
I play to be a FOmar if they're still in - I always played HUmars until I discovered the joy of high-level Techs in PSO Ep I & II on GC. I really, really need this game...
@Reala Well, it has a single player mode. And we will kick butt, Odnetnin.
I know all PSO games have single player modes, that's not what I mean though, I'm talking about single player story driven as in the first 4 PS games, not a mode as part of a game intended for multi player.
It does in fact have a "solid story mode that is a lot more enjoyable than the single-player offerings in previous online Phantasy Star games. ...it [the story mode] has good production values and a reasonably compelling plot..." according to Nintendo Power. Personally, I would never even consider getting this game unless I had Wi-Fi.
Another RPG for me to pick up somewhere in the near future...The DS has been both a blessing and a curse.
As for what I'm going to be, no idea. Haven't even thought about it.

Definitely getting it on release. Seems like the most ambitious Wifi game yet--I'm all about somewhat-simplistic online dungeon crawls, as my characters on Dungeon Runners will show you.

I loves Phantasy Star Universe. I'd rather play the 360 or PSP version, but if I ever come across a cheap copy of PS Zero, I'd get it.

I've been looking forward to this for ages. Even back when I had no wi-fi. Hopefully it will be able to use Wi-Fi networks with WPA identification. Actually as soon as one of you gets it can you post on the available connection methods?
