So i was working on my sonic game and went the sprite showed up a black box was around it messing with the background. Does anyone know how to fix this or has someone already solved this on another post? If so please let me know, thanks
It is possible when the sprite was created the background was painted with black instead of transparent color. You would have to edit the sprites.
EDIT: If it is a layer problem, set the presidence on the sprite to 2 so it will fall between layer 0 and layer 1.

I've really hated the fact that I barely have programming experience because of the really cool homebrews people are making.
Edit: What version does the server use? I tried 1.6.2 and it didn't work.

I play Minecraft. (But barely). Not because of the survival mode, but because redstone attracts a fellow robotics hobbyist. Oh and computercraft. It adds robots . If those didn't exust this post would say "What the heck is this MineCraft you speak of?". But I think I can imagine @Discostews position. Minecraft is just.... A plain-old run-off-the-mill game.
Come to think of it, I don't play video games much. I have about 22 downloaded titles and 4 retail, But They only get some attention in 2 months.
Hey (@Morphtorok in particular), I finally finished Spider Solitaire! I hope you all enjoy it! It runs on nearly the exact same code as Klondike (with a few improvements), which includes the colors and card choices. It's nice and familiar! However, you get separate save files for each, so there's no interference.
I'm not sure if you'll notice it that much (or maybe you will now that I'm pointing it out), but the "pile tap" animation is a little "jerky" (the pile tap is when you tap that card down in the bottom right corner). There's not much I can do about this; unfortunately that animation is just doing too much for it to be animated like the rest. The other two animations (dealing and completing a set) move multiple cards at a time to their destination in a smooth fashion, but the pile animation can only handle one at a time. Oh well, hopefully you guys are fine with it.
It's the first release, so let me know if you find any bugs! I really hope you guys enjoy it!
Edit: Oh yeah, the code is messy in some places because I left some old stuff in. I didn't know if I'd need to "reactivate" that stuff again, so I left it in for now. If nobody asks for that stuff, I'll just remove the random code here and there to tidy it up a bit.

When you're done making the sprites tap on the little folder. Then tap s (for save) and then name sprites zelda or link or whatever. When you want it in a program go to edit and "load:SPU1:filename" then use spset and go on from there.

In that case, you can either get a smaller size, or use something like Photoshop to size it down.

generally, i just right click the picture and click "open in another tab" and it has a zoom bar at the bottom. also, make sure you are drawing the sprites on the sprite page, not the background page, because it saves it saves differently for each.

Gladiators' code is being very hard to deal with, Apocalypse Rising is missing sprites that I DON'T HAVE, and Steam DS rejects the correct menu code that works for Apocalypse Rising!

I'm currently working on the touch GUI. I just used GPUTCHR for the first time! But a weird thing. When I used GPUTCHR colour 15, the stone looked like bedrock. Any idea why? I fixed the glitch, I just wanna know what might've happened. The stone turned to look just like bedrock, but there is no bedrock texture (yet).
