Well you have to define your borders. MAPX1 and MAPX2 would be the 2 directions for X (left and right). Now if your movement variable has a greater or equal value to your borders, then you go to that routine. Did this help???

There are several different ways.
1. Use SPREAD to read the sprite X,Y coordinates
2. Set a sprite in that location and check SPHITSP
3. Keep X,Y variables separately, and SPOFS with those.
The best method will depend upon your existing game framework. So, you'll probably need to show your code.

@IAmAPerson Uhhh... that song would be an absolute nightmare to port over. Here's the sheet music: http://db.tt/jb8mFwtS. QMIDI studio doesn't convert the song properly, so I can't even use that. I'm sorry, but I just can't do that one.

If you'd like to start learning a language that is extremely useful and will let you make games and windows applications (for Windows only), you should learn C#. If you learn C#, you can start right away with XNA, which is used to make games.
