Topic: GO Series Defense Wars

Anyone else get this? I'm really surprised at how addictive it is, and I found a couple of the levels (19 and 25) were actually challenging to complete despite how easy the early levels are. I'm pretty sure it took me over 5 hours to complete, and I'm sure I'll still be playing it for high scores. It was better than I was expecting, and I'd give it a 8/10, because there's really not much wrong with it. I guess the reward screen could have been better, and someone should have proofread the English in the manual, but those are minor complaints.

I picked it up yesterday as a matter of fact along with 4 other games and for 200 points I can't complain. Its the only game I've played so far of the 5 that I bought and can see after the first 6 levels this is going to get hard on some stages. I wouldn't give it an 8 but it does have a lot of game play and some variety 7 for me!! Still early in the game for me so ill play more and then give more thoughts!

Sounds awesome. Is it better than Army Defender? And can you select a stage when you boot up the game?

It has 50 levels from what I can see and after you beat the stage you can go back and play any stage you want. I've only got to like 15 now and just said to myself I need to play one of my other games so I will get back to this when I have some down time. I love castle conqueror even more addictive!!! Oh and yes I like army defender to but this is even more crazy!

There are 25 stages, and you can select any stage to play once you've beaten them. I don't have Army Defender, but I think this game is better. It's fun replaying the stages and trying different tactics to get high scores.

Alright I might pick this up later. Army Defender was good, but compared to recent standards of 200 point DSiWare releases, isn't that great. It's impossible to play in short bursts cuz u can't save in-between levels.
