I've searched in the past, and done some googling just now but it's unfortunately very hard to find one.
If you want to know if a specific game you are looking at is DSi-Enhanced, you can usually tell from the product code. Ones with DSi-Enhanced features begin with TWL:
TWL-????- USA, TWL -????-UKV etc. (You can find these codes on the box or somewhere like Play Asia)
DS games that aren't enhanced begin with NTR.
Note that this isn't completely foolproof: the DSi Enhanced feature may be only region-locking, or it might be something else. In addition, one exception is the Australian version of Pokemon Black & White - it is DSi-Enhanced but not region locked, so its code begins with NTR.
I guess this really means that the TWL indicates the presence of region-locking, but some of those games may also have extra features.
Crime Lab Body of Evidence. It has some puzzles that use the Dsi camera (I didn´t tried them because I only have the ds lite). And there's that strange, unsual "game" called Face Training. I think it's for exercising your face, and the Dsi camera recognizes your face and hands moves. Like I said before: strange.
