Okay, I just noticed this. I was over at someone's house for Thanksgiving and I was playing on their PS3.
I went to look at the demos, and... PS3 had TONS of them, some I would have bought as a real game. PSP had demos too.
So here's my question. Why do you guys think Nintendo doesn't like to release demos of their games on WiiWare or DSiWare?
In fact, there AREN'T even any DSiWare demos. (not counting Flipnote Studio and Photo Dojo when it was free)
Looking forward to The Conduit 2 and CoD: Black Ops for DS For really cool avatars for a forum, go here! http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Callsigns/Emblems
WiiWare did have demos for a while this year and last year as a test for Nintendo. But there isn't any DSiWare demos. The test must of been right for nintendo and they shut the demos down. I have a feeling this is going to get locked.
Considering the size of most DSiWare games... A demo would be most of the game, leaving very little incentive, aside from a few extra levels to buy the full version.
Demos work on the PSN because there isn't any limit on how big the whole game can be.
