I'd also love to read some impressions. So far I haven't picked up a Tower Defense game [the new Glory Days looks interesting!] and this Dairojo seems to have a lot of spunk to it.
It's pretty cool, but I'm not sure it's worth the 800 points. The graphics are really nice, with clean looking sprites and environments, and sharp looking little touches like shadowing under the flying enemies and glowing embers coming from your castle as it weathers enemy attacks. I can find no fault with the underlying gameplay either. I just wish the normal mode had a bit more structure, as there's no sense of progression: you just pick one of the 6 castles and try to endure 99 waves. A story to tie everything together would have been nice.
