As most of you know, the 3DS is almost upon us. The arrival of the 3DS will effectively end the rule of the Nintendo DS. It had a good run. 7 years in all! So anyway, I couldn't sleep so I started thinking. I thought about all these awesome years with the DS and I thought about all the great memories I've had with the DS through the years. I consider the DS to be one of the very best game systems of all time and believe it to have one of the best, most memorable libraries ever created. I thought about how many amazing, unique things the DS brought to the world in these 7 years. So, in my in-ability to sleep, I created this image. Its kind of a look back at all that was great about the Nintendo DS as we ready ourselves to dive into the next Nintendo handheld generation. So here's to one of the greatest gaming devices ever created! Hope you all like the picture! (Also, even though this is a look back I still included things in the near future like Pokemon Black/White and OkamiDen because they're sure to go down as great additions to the DS library)

I love the picture, bboy! I have one suggestion. What about a picture of the very early E3 prototype DS? It's recognized by having a black surround around the screens that visually joins them at the hinge.
