Thanks Viral, with the strikes recently and another one booked next week, it might have been quicker for them to strap them to some snails and point them in the right direction to us both!

I couldn't agree with you more. Working in pensions is a nightmare now and then...especially when someone calls asking for something and we've sent it three times already. lol

I do have to say though, right now the most worrying thing is the lack of a response to our queries...

I guess we'll find out what's going on eventually. Patience MunchKim. Good things come to those who wait and I'm willing to wait til November (when I move house but this is my mother-in-law's house so the delivery address will still work) XD

Also, thought I'd mention that the Nintendo Wii that I'm getting is actually going to be a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law and her boyfriend since we already got one and thought I'd share the gift of Wii.
