Topic: Will disabling Kirby Triple Deluxe remove characters from Kirby Fighters Deluxe?

I no longer have Kirby Triple Deluxe, and it's taking up a slot in my StreetPass. I want to deactivate it, but I also don't want to lose the two bonus powers in Kirby Fighters Deluxe. Would deactivating it delete both of those characters?

I was under the impression that they were unlocked forever, regardless of if you still had the retail game or not.

I would hope so, but I don't want to risk losing some of my favorite abilities, seeing as how I no longer have the retail game.

The separate Kirby Fighters Deluxe game does not use StreetPass in any shape or form, so deleting the StreetPass settings for Kirby Triple Deluxe will not affect it in any way. The bonus unlockable content for Kirby Fighters Deluxe and Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe is based purely on whether you have Kirby Triple Deluxe as a played title in your Activity Log. Once it has been unlocked, it is permanent.

To be completely certain, I have just tested this out by deleting my Kirby Fighters Deluxe save data (no big loss as I haven't gotten around to playing it for more than a few minutes) and I can confirm that the unlockables will be activated as soon as you start a new game so long as you have Kirby Triple Deluxe in your Activity Log. The same should apply to Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe as well.
