When I go onto the account activity page on the eshop and select one of the ambassador games there is a message on the page for every one of these games saying "This game is currently unavailable." Is this happening to any other ambassadors? Does anyone know why this is happening?
What Late said. You are in the wrong place. For us UK people we have to go to "titles you've downloaded" under "Settings/Other" They might not be at the top as they were not for me so scroll down, they'll be there.

Well an error came up on me on the 10th, but I was able to download it.
