what is the name of the game where you have these charactors that move around on the screen and you have to draw stuff for them to walk on or jump on ?

No it wasnt drawn to life. The game i am thinking of I think was a mario game

always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
