He's basically asking 'would you rather see the type of info you see on Nintendo Channel on the eShop or on your home menu through some sort of app?' By some sort of app he most likely means like Pokedex 3D, but with charts and stuff for games.

Hmm, it would be nice to see but I'll guess it would be on the eshop because the Nintendo Show 3D and we are getting the game trailers there, which I think was the plan of the eshop to combine the two

I dont think its necessary. The eShop is where you buy the games so thats where you need the information. The eShop review system is messed up anyway.

Yes, you can view data about certain games in the review section of the eShop, I didn't know that until clicking on it, so it's more than reviews yes, I guess could be the real misunderstanding (now).

So a Nintendo 3DS Channel not necessary? Useable?

I'll repeat in different way my other statement also, I want to view the data in 3D since it's a 3D system. Though bandwidth issue could be stated here (when you don't need to view so, that was the thought of having a separate app, when you want/can afford viewing fun data in fun ways.)

Well, i understand that WindWaker24 is not a native english speaker, and from "communiqué " there i think his/her mother tongue is french. Well, please understand that not everybody here is a native english speaker (like myself, i'm mexican). His grammar is a little hard to understand since he is using french patterns with english words, but something can be retrieved there.

As for the idea, i think the eShop needs a remodeling for people that are not "gamers", or that are in for a casual buy. Taking a charts approach could be useful as well, as you could see games that you don't know but you might like, gamer or not. For example, in my case i had not heard of a game like Okami, but i instantly loved it the moment i saw gameplay / story. I've been into nintendo games since the NES and i didn't ever think about liking a Capcom game. That would work: RPG, platforms, puzzles. Add in there subcategories like "casual" and "hardcore" (Not with those words, but there is the idea.)

I love the eShop, though a little tweaks here and there wouldn't be bad. I don't think a separate "nintendo 3ds channel" is needed considering the eShop does pretty much the same things as the nintendo channel on the wii.
