Whats going on under the reviews sections it look like it scored a 9 but when i click on the review there is know review to be found, very strange.

Shantae was reviewed as a retro title, but with it's 3DS eShop VC re-release, I'm guessing NL decided to replace that review with an upcoming one for the eShop version. Considering the eShop version's now-unusable (I believe so, I don't have it) GBA-enhanced features and the additional VC features (Restore Points), this seems logical to me. Check back in a few days, and a new review should be up by then.
