Topic: Shall I buy Sun/Moon in digital download or physical?

I live in Israel, and I couldn't find Israel on my (European) 3ds, so I chose UK as my country, because I was sure that the UK is just north to Israel. The 3ds says if I change my country I will lose downloaded games, so I am kind of hesitated to buy anything digitally. Buying a physical copy will either cost double the price in my country, or will take more than a month to get to me, and I really want it on my birthday, the 23rd (hooray ). So, are there any cons to my location being set to the UK? Or is there a way to make it into israel without losing my progress on games like mario and pokemon shuffle that I downloaded?
