Damsel in distress evolution of Popplio? Furries are going to have a field day with that one if that's real (no offense to any furries, but yeah...). Not sure that's a good concept for a Pokemon though.
From what I seen...
Furries had a field day with crabrawler's reveal.........

If by any chance that IS real....I may have some hope for Litten's night evolution then.
I think the day/night evolution concept for Lugarugan is really cool. I like both the Midday and Midnight forms, especially the latter; its appearance reminds me a little of Zoroark. I'm curious to learn if both forms share the same types (other than Rock).
I find it odd that there are two types of UB-02, but weirdly enough I like the Expansion version over the Beauty version. I do find it interesting that two of the UB creatures look vaguely like humans that have already been revealed, so I'm guessing they're either synthetic human Pokemon hybrids, or else humans with Pokemon DNA.
I'm curious to learn more about Type: Null's true strength. It's an interesting synthetic Pokemon that I actually quite like.
The truancy officer must have finally caught up to Ash. It's interesting that he's going to "school" this time around, but with the apparent lack of a traditional Pokemon gym challenge, I suppose the anime needed to focus on something.
Also, I'm betting that the Bewear in the top-right corner belongs to James. It wouldn't be the first time he's been painfully hugged by one of his Pokemon!
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet - The Indigo Disk, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
The problem I have with the theory that Ultra Beasts are human/Pokemon hybrids, is if that's the case then why do they pose a threat to both Pokemon and humans?
And if they don't have a will or emotions of their own (at least UB-01 doesn't — the UB-02s look a bit more sentient) then why are they so feared and dangerous?
Gah, I have so many questions. Even though I don't think it really 'fits' in a Pokemon story I think they are some sort of alien. But something also tells me they have a connection to Zygarde.
@Friedsquid They would pose a think since it would possibly ruin the pokemon ecosystem with hybrid pokemon, and human civilization with human pokemon like creatures. Imagine getting mad at your boss at work in the human pokemon world and they just blow your face off with a flamethrower. If humans had the versility of pokemon species they'd be living in a much more violent zootopia, especially with how strong some could become.
Could be one of those "unnatural" threats to the world.
UB-01 is said to not have a mind, but we don't know about the others. They could be like the masked man from mother 3, forgot who he was, morals, literally a mindless and souless being after what porky did. They basically become like zygarde cells only functioning properly by the core or whoever is making them.
Was believable until the last line with the damsel Z-move. A Substitute like move sounds weird for a Z-move, definitely an off putting thing to an otherwise believable post.
Yup, I don't like the complexity of that move either; Just a little too odd if you ask me. But the important part is that this was posted a while ago before the ''secret'' behind Rockruff and the starters was even known. Unless they guessed it, which could be possible too. I definitely could see something like this happening though. And starter-specific Z-moves will definitely be a thing.
Looks like they're version exclusives.. Seems like that was implied, but not confirmed yet. So probably not version exclusives. Midday Form gets a new Rock move called AccelRock; Midnight Form gets Counter.
@Octane Actually, I had a discussion with the guy who posted the news on Siliconera- the stuff in Japanese in the lower-left corner of Midday's spread confirms that they are exclusives.
Liked Midnight more either way, so this isn't hugely disappointing- but yeah, it's not exactly how I hoped it would be.
You know, it took me a while to realise who you are after you had changed you avatar and username; only since you changed your avatar back I realised you were Megumi all the time haha.
That really sucks if they're version exclusive. I'm guessing you'd have to trade them, have somebody evolve them, and then trade back inorder to get the other form.
I think I'm leaning more and more into sun considering how gloomy during the day the game would be and just like how that can't be changed post game, neither can evolving particular pokemon it seems and the midday form imo looks better.
What's nice with midday form is that it gets a priority rock type move. Yea, priority....
too bad it's speed stat would probably be too low to outprioritize cancerbird and then get ripped to shreds with a banded brave bird... (EDIT: Yea rock type but how many times would this be brought into a talonflame when talonflame does this: 252 Atk Choice Band Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Aerodactyl: 152-179 (50.4 - 59.4%) — guaranteed 2HKO )
Also sucks as a bug type main, whelp volcarona and venomoth sweeps were fun while they lasted, but I doubt many would find this mon viable and play it enough, atleast it seems punishable type wise, I can actually switch something into it before I sweep unlike the bird.
Can't really see midnight being all that spectacular, design wise it might be cooler but competitively or anything really I don't see what it offers, the other ones has that priority move to screw something over but unless midnight is tankier stat wise counter isn't saving it. Unless you can breed the priority rock move down to Rockruff itself but you can't breed down king's shield..
