What ability does xerneas have?

Finally saw Cherrim and Sharpedo for the first time after visiting the safari for at least 30 times. Couldn't catch either even though I had decent chances. I also try to get S ranks from special stages too even though they aren't recorded anywhere. I need to get an S rank from Cherrim. I've been using Lucario (Mega), Heracross and Scizor and they've been working great. I end almost every battle with huge combo.

@Sparx Quirky+. Occasionally erases two other Xerneases on the board. Helps with combos.

I really need to get Xerneas... Longest combo I got was a 42 from Mega Lucario, Heracross, Scizor (All Level 8). I've caught Carvanha and Cherubi. I've seen Spinda and Cherrim, but not Sharpedo. I'm starting to wonder if the pokemon are slightly tied to the day (as in you can get others, but that one is more likely on that day), as I had 12 Cherubis, 6 Carvanhas, 1 spinda and 1 Cherrim yesterday, and I had 10 Carvanhas, 6 Spindas and 2 Cherubis today. Anyone else experience anything like this?

I have seen them all, but so far only two have been caught.

Carvanha seems to be the hardest to bring down.

Also, I did a 92 chain with spinda, haha.

Sharpedo is the only one I haven't caught from the safari bunch. It's was the first one I saw and so far only one I battled against since the event started, with a bad team no less (Mewtwo with two other psychic). Going by my free time to play, the 2.5 hours full hearts, and 4 streetpass hearts I must of tried at least 52 times already.

I've got 4/5. I've seen Cherrim twice so far but haven't been lucky enough to catch it.

I need Sharpedo, but I've only seen him once. I beat him, but didn't capture.

I've seen some people theorize that the time of day may affect the likelihood of a particular Pokemon showing up, like the Dark ones show up at night more often. I have no idea if that's accurate.

Well I have only seen cherrim in the morning and sharpedo at night so far.

Ha. Well yeah, I definitely used powerups to beat Mega Gengar. The good thing is you only have to beat those megas, and not capture them too.

I was think it was in the hour or something, maybe minute. One moment I see nothing but Cherubi and Carvanha, the next is mainly Spinda and any that's not Sharpedo. I should start paying more attention to the time now just in case

May Arceus be with you if you plan to S rank the Megas latter on. It's going to cost you some coins depending one the pokemon you have.

Still trying to save up jewels though, so I can nab some hearts. xD
Also, what's Trozei like compared to this game?

The general tip is to spend your jewels on coins. Hearts are far too easy to wait up, and getting coins requires actually playing the game and are generally more useful.

Meh, I'm ok without the coins, though.

Using coins is part of the gameplay, so don't be shy with them.

Spend all you want when you want.

But, but....TEH HEARTS!!! lol
Also, does anyone have Battle Trozei? Was thinking of getting that instead.
