Topic: Planet Crashers

I've seen very little about this game on the internet; although, it already has an NA release date of August 31rst. From what I have seen, it appears fairly interesting. I believe it's some type of MMORPG which features social aspects. It will also feature collaborative play across multiple platforms, including: Browser, 3DS, Android, iPad, iPhone and iPad Touch. Does anybody have more information about this game? Like how will the online multiplayer and social features function, and will there be some way to communicate like voice chat?

I'm unable to access the official website with the Wii or 3DS browser. Could someone please inform me if there's any additional information available there?

I think that it actually was moved to a digital release recently. I saw on that E3 sheet for the eshop that it was slated for june, so it could be coming this week!

As this in now classed as an eShop game shouldn't this topic be moved the 3DSware.
After seeing the trailer it left me confused about the game and im not so sure about getting it now.

After you'll probably be downloading SML3, is anybody actually thinking about downloading this on July 26th for $9.99 + tax?

It is one the "coming soon" part of the sShop, it looks interesting.

I'm thinking about it. We don't know much about it, so there's not reason to commit to a yes or no.

Versions of Planet Crashers are on mobile phones I believe. As for eshop version, it's definitely "wait for review" material.

I don't understand why this game was/is even considered a retail title, if it's already available on mobile devices and probably browsers as well.

Well $9.99 is a GREAT price, because we knew it was gonna be a retail game and be $20 more, so I can't argue with that. And $29.99 for a game that's on iOS for (probably) way cheaper is unacceptable (I'm looking at you ANGRY BIRDS!), and I wouldn't buy it.
