I'd like to see the ability to load/save data to SD card directly so we can have large images/programs without having to scan so many QRs. (80+ QRs? I don't have the patience.)
It would be nice if we have
1. Basic compiler
2. Fast triangle/quad renderer (not limited to GLINE+GPAINT+GLINE combo)
3. Compatibility with PC/Wii apps export
4. One button click to put stuff on Nintendo eShop. Maybe after review process.
5. Custom sprite on the bottom screen
6. Easy large background. (beyond 64x64)
7. Expanded sprite space.
8. Different screen resolution support. (for multiple platforms)
9. Direct sound recording and manipulation
10. Direct camera recording and manipulation
11. Circle Pad support
LOL!
Petit Computer 3ds is probably far from release and we're already on the second page!
Anyways, I'm just gonna stick to the original Petit Computer for now.
If Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat were all destroyed, 90% of teens would go insane. If you're one of the 10% that would be laughing at them, copy & paste this into your signature and hope it happens. Wait was that just a joke?
Ok,I want voice recording,Picture taking and if anybody wants to know I don't care that I'm double posting right now because there are only 2 pages.

There NEEDS to be a online market place. New submitted games would be put on the 'Latest' category, and the more people who downloaded it and rated it, the more chance it goes to the 'Featured' category, which would have popular games of the current time. If a game becomes so popular, it goes on 'All Time Best' which would have the best games. There would also be 'Most Downloaded' and 'Highest Rated'
Please SmileBoom, make it happen.
Other things I want:
Streetpass swap for sending games to passerby
Allow a local option to make games you make multiplayer (and if possible, online)
Better quality and memory for faster games
This isn't a interesting signature. Go look at someone elses.

Even if you can't send your games to the Eshop they should at least do something where other people can buy you're game and the money would go to your Eshop account.

The "marketplace" idea doesn't really make sense from a business perspective - and Nintendo would never buy into this concept. But some form of online sharing built directly into the program would be incredible.
Think about the Colors! 3D online sharing features for an example: you can easily see/download what other people have created, upload and share your own creations, vote for what you like, leave comments, and more. It brings community one step closer and encourages people to stay involved by making it easy to see what's being accomplished.

It would be great to have that except with games!

Now that would be a great Idea! It would also be nice to be able to cash it in for real monies.
As far as Petit computer goes. I bought the first version got really frustrated using it, then didn't touch it again. So I will probably pass. I gotta really hand it to people who stuck with the program and got some games going with petit computer. Great job guys!.I will probably look into it when some games come out so I can see what people have been doing on it. Programming on it makes my head explode!
Still playing 3DS but will have Switch soon for multiplayer with friends. I miss you guys! Adam, Joni, Gavin and the rest of the Blue Rogues from the Phantasy Star Zero Days.
If they made it, I'd buy this. I mean, it's not as great as having a complete SDK available for something like c/c++, but not many people can afford that, I know I can't.
Friend list is full, I will be clearing room for Bravely Default soon though. Colors! 3D Gallery, My Blog
NNID: KittenKoder ..... what else would it be?
@admin should this thread be locked? There is already a Petit Computer Thread.
Two different games in the same series. Sorry buddy.
Exactly.

SDKs are mostly free. Even Raspberry Pi comes with all kinds of free programming tools. The only cost is hardware.
The value of Petit Computer is that it is a self-contained unit. That little handheld is the only thing you need to develop games.
