there are only the pokédex, competitive battling left(and competitive battling is super addicting) and some possible events in the near fututre(especially now it's been a while since Diancie was revealed)
pokémon is always like this the third game every gen(or two sequels for the gen 5) is always the only one with a good amount of post game content(this was the third time I've ever got the first game in the gen and the second time I was underwhelmed by the content after the Elite 4, but the multiplayer this time is so good that I'm fine with it)

Well, if you got all the legendaires, made a lvl 100 team or two, and did all the rest... dunno. Wait for Z, I guess? That's what I'm doing, anyway.

This is one of the biggest problems with X/Y that my friends and I quickly realized after we beat the game... it has horrible post game content.... especially compared to previous Pokemon games.

I own a Wii U and 3DS. I also own a PS4!

I transferred everyone over from the Gen V games, so now I've got around 1500 Pokémon to sort out, and I'm planning on training up some of the higher-levelled Pokémon to get them to LV.100 - then it's done.

Meanwhile, in my spare time, I'm just staring obsessively at Pichubby's avatar. <3

Thank you, I look swell don't I?
I once stared at it for 30 minutes, just admiring it.

Start playing Pokemon Y?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Honestly, complaining of lack of post game content in a 40 hour game, just because its Pokemon is getting annoying. >__>
Even though you're not really complaining, it happens a lot.
To answer the op, you can Catch 'em All, battle competitively, increase your style, get the opowers, breed for team members (even shinies), trade, and honestly even just wander around the world.

Yeah, even though X was my first, after beating W2 I was simply amazed at the post-content.
And the amount of legendaries too.

Well, in comparison to the previous games the post-game in X/Y is pretty pathetic. Most of these suggestions are to be expected of a Pokemon game: catch 'em all, battle competitively, breeding, etc.

It may have less post game content than previous titles, there I agree. But I just think for a game that focused largely on story and online connectivity, you can't really expect too much, especially since its such a long game. 40 hours is still pretty long, and its easy to spend much longer. While there is less content, I believe it has been refined to the point where it makes up for the lack of content.

While I agree that there is fantastic multi-player (I swear that half of the 'mon are hacked), there still remains that there is so little post league playability. If Nintendo could just annouce the next one soon...

@Swiket I totally agree with you @Prof_Clayton My favorite game of all time is Pokémon Platinum. Its utterly brilliant and its post game content is amazing. Have you ever played Pokémon Platinum? Its post game content is FAR SUPERIOR to X/Y's. X/Y's post game content is a joke. Heck, the lack of legit move tutors is a even bigger joke.

Man, the value and importance of a Legendary Pokémon has been degraded to nothing now. Remember how epic Legendary Pokémon were back in Mewtwo's day? Look at the Pokémon series now. Legendary Pokémon like Lugia and Ho-oh are forgotten and replaced by clowns like Zygarde and Celebi.
