Topic: New 3DSXL 64GB that worked (and didn't)

Spent 2 buzz kill days trying to get a 64GB MicroSD working in my New 3DSXL... Tried all manner of formatting tools and techniques, and four brands of cards. Finally, an "old" 64GB I'd used in my PSP worked like a charm. For others trying --

This worked:
SanDisk — http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007WTAJTO

These did not:
Sony — http://www.amazon.com/Sony-microSDXC-Class-UHS-1-Memory/dp/B0...
PNY — http://www.amazon.com/PNY-Turbo-Performance-Speed-MicroSDXC/d...
EMTEC — http://www.microcenter.com/product/438427/64GB_Micro_SDXC_Cla...

Good luck, YMMV!

Yay, games.

Sandisk seems to be the card of choice for aftermarket storage upgrades.

I would also trust Panasonic, Lexar, and Toshiba since they are what Nintendo has shipped in all my previous 3DS units. I tend to stick with Sandisk just because they are the most readily available in the stores I go to, other than generic cards.
