Trying to factory reset my 3ds, but every time I try to open any applications or the L+R+up+A button combination, it freezes. Is there anything I can try before contacting Nintendo?
Are you thinking about revving up a factory reset because of the freezings? Because if you still want your saved data and profile, sending it to Nintendo would be the answer, but that's only mii since I (or Nintendolife) isn't officially official of Nintendo.
