The Shot Range +3 can be abused with weapons you own that are non-gemmy.

Insight staff has a steep learning curve, and is not really the best staff either.
Depends on if you're interested in using staffs.

@Sherman I'm not as good as the others say, but I do have awesome weapons.

@Sonicman Libra Sponge Lv.1? That's bad, a Libra Sponge Lv.4 for one minute and 30 seconds or something like that. I'm not really one to recommend as I'm not big for melee but I like to use Aries Armour Lv.4+Super Armour Lv.3+Tirelessness Lv.3+Effect Recovery Lv.1 against Range players. For Melee, Bumblebee Lv.3+Super Armour Lv.4+Tirelessness Lv.3+Effect Recovery Lv.2. But, really anything that works for you.

@Spire Yes, that's a very good Insight Staff. If you're not happy with it, you can still use it as a material for fusion.

@RPGShaymin Aw, really? Eyetrack Orbitars? Nobody likes to face against those. Especially with Slip Shot and Energy Charge, they're overpowered. I was actually tempted to use mine against @Sonicman since he was constantly winning. I'm currently building a Melee Magnus Club with a speed modifier just to counter Eyetracks since they're pretty common.

@Spire That would be a great start for a good lancer staff.

@Ruceyod You can't get melee or range fully out of a weapon :l. I really like libra sponge, I kinda hide that I'm using it with my aries armor... I also use a counter, until I get lvl. 4 sponge. Also, please use those eyetrack orbitars on me, the only time you beat me was either when I went AFG, or when you used that pudgy palm, I want you to pwn me ! What's your favorite weapon? What's your favorite staff? What's your favorite melee weapon? What's your favorite weapon type? And what's your favorite solo weapon? Sorry for all the questions, I've only had KI:U for 3 weeks, so I really want advice from a guy like you, who knows alot about the game.

@Sonicman Regarding the games you mentioned on the last page, I'm going to get them. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I want to own every Sonic related game out there. I know they are good games, so they are near the top of my list. The top, being Knuckles Chaotix for OBVIOUS reasons, then Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, followed by Shadow

I already had that idea a while ago when this thread was a Taurus Arm nightmare.
We did do some, though I just don't know what happened afterwards.

.You know what? We should have themes for our weekly bouts. Like have one week be your best blades, or the next we all use x day's spotpass weapon, or we play only on large arena one week.That would keep this from becoming a melee user hell.

About Spotpass weapons though, I say you use any, including fusions THROUGH AND ONLY THROUGH the Streetpass Fuse Gem spot. That way they can't be stuck with the delema of accidentally scrapping a gem
