@TeeJay Yes, I was, but if anyone was remembers I said earlier, on the same page, I wanted 5R, 5M, Sonic R +3, and Metropolis City +3. Do I really have to say what 5R and 5M are. Well if I have to 5 Range or Ranged: ★★★★★ and 5 Melee or Melee: ★★★★★. SR +3 is Shot Range +3 and MC +3 is Melee Combo +3

@Sonicman I'll do some tests. If I choose to drop my melee, I'll ask you for a little help.
But my main question is how do I fuse to get stars in melee and range. I know how to get stars in one, but not both

@Knuckles well you need to fuse them with weapons with lots of stars and really high stats so it passes on stars not stats
@ruceyod I was owning some guy @mayo with my new claws. Is he any good? I felt great with them

They are viridi claws. Melee-6 Ranged-.

@Prof_Clayton Viridi Claws are one of the best in my opinion. Paralysis is a great effect for catching/trapping foes! I'm thinking about attempting to make a mixed star blade (Aquarius looks fun.) I'll tell you how it goes @Knuckles! First I need materials to create a Solo weapon, however.

@Knuckles Aw, you miss me? Heroes of Ruins comes out tomorrow here, so no. I was actually busy on Colours!3D. @Prof_Clayton got into the week's best, then @Spire did, next you'll tell me that @Sonicman 's there. People like my humour more than my art...

@Prof_Clayton I'm sorry but I don't know any @Mayo. Maybe a new player? I don't come often to the chatroom.

@Sonicman I don't reccomend a specific Palm for Solo but I would try to avoid Cutter Palm. That Palm is almost useless when you're being ambushed. It's only good for its Standing Continuous Fire.

@Ruceyod Viridi looks perfect for me, as I love speed. Ninja looks good, also. Can't think of any others ATM. So a Virdi Palm with 6 OD and 3 HB? cracks knuckles Lets do this. BTW, which blades do you recommend? Always wanted to try one, they look fun ^-^.

@Sonicman I'd go with Viridi over Ninja Palm. But, I don't know if you're fine with its awful Shot Range...I think it depends on the Chapter you're playing. I don't know your purpose for Solo (Farming/TreasureHunt) so I can't help you.

For Blades, like the description says they're balance weapons. But, this can be misleading, most people would think balance in terms of attacks but it's actually in term of properties (Range/Homing etc.)
The only Blade I would recommend is Samurai Blade...because most Blades have better substitute.
I can place them in categories of what I believe:
Shot Cancellation
Generally suffers from slow shot, have huge hitbox, somewhat poor in homing
First Blade
Burst Blade
Palutena Blade
Crusader Blade (Homes better than others)
Royal Blade(?)
Homing
Aurum Blade (Charges Quickly)
Shot Speed (sniping)
Bullet Blade (Charges Quickly)
Optical Blade (Charges Quickly)
Viper Blade (Poison)
Balanced
Gaol Blade (bouncing)
Samurai Blade (more oriented in Melee but its range shot is decent)
I have absolutely no idea
Weak in terms of attack
Aquarius Blade (Freezing with Melee/Bouncing)

Sorry if this looks like a mess, I didn't know how to place them. I don't remember a Blade that decrease/increase your speed...

@Prof_Clayton Funny I ran into a Clayton last night in an FFA. BUT he was using Wolf Claws. Needless to say I beat the living snot out of him thinking he was you. Then I saw he placed 3rd. With ZERO KO'S. 2nd had 2, I had 12. I KO'ed everyone
I knew it wasn't you by the lack of KO's/You weren't chasing me

@Ruceyod So Blades are crap? That's good to know. I was planning a Viper Blade with mixed stars, SH +3, DCS +4, MC +4, and I-PAB -4... throws notes out the window. Anyways... I'm wanting the Palm for completing the 9.0 runs AND farming. I'm starting the Viridi Palm now, should I add SR +3 to it?
@Knuckles Are you trying to start something? @Prof_Clayton is a great player. At least he uses more than 1 weapon. Your laser staff isn't "all powerful" just because you can beat a couple of noobs on Anyone.

I said I played a Clayton last night, not our @Prof_Clayton. At least I didn't think it was our Clayton. He used WOLF Claws, not VIRIDI Claws. And they had terrible stats. I just wanted to now if it was our brilliant Professor.

Oh, and @Sonicman I use more than 1 weapon. I just perfer to use my staff against you guys because my other weapons are old and sub par. I am trying to make replacements for the old weapons. It is just a matter of fusing

As for cannons, I have tried them, and only two grabbed my interest. Leo and Sonic. But the Sonic doesn't seem to be very good for my styles
Leo on the other hand..... I might make one, if I find a good way to fight with it. I've placed 1st, 3rd, and 5th most often with it, so I am still considering it.

@Knuckles Wait... what? Eh... whatever :3. I can't seem to get the Leo cannon to work for me, so have fun with it.
Well, I made a prototype Viridi Palm. 4 1/2 stars range, OD +4, and HB +3. I can't beat 14 with it, but I got close! I just need practice I think, my skills on the battlefield are lacking, which is my I cannot get into SK :l. I'm going to sound like an idiot for this, but any tips for gameplay ._.?

@Sonicman Watch your back, know your weapons strengths and weaknesses, and practice with other players. I'm free, and @Ruceyod said he would fight if we asked. And I think we could get @Prof in too.

@Sonicman Woah, nooo Blades aren't crap. They just happen to be very simple weapons, that doesn't rely entirely on mods/powers/strategies. Blade was my best class when I first got the game. I still love them but not as much as Palms.
For your Viridi Palm, you don't really need Shot Range+3 because approaching a monster isn't as dangerous as approaching a fighter. I say focus on the attack and defense first.

Tip for gameplay...what's your button set up?
