There is no reason why digital files of games should not be available in the US and Europe at the same time. All copyright issues should have already been taken care of before the first upload is done and there is no manufacturing involved. Yet I think they have this concept of manufacturing for the difference in dates. For example Lufia and Pokemon TCG all their copyrights and contracts should have been settled a while ago, there is 0 manufacturing needs to be done yet there are weeks of delays as if they still have to manufacture X number of cartridges. Lets face it all it is is just uploading a file into the Europe eshop and uploading same file to NA eshop maybe a tiny bit more but not much. Lets face any Jane or John can upload files from their tablets to file sharing sites with little if any computer background. Nintendo has no excuse. I still go back to the idea that they have this manufacturing concept that just is no more for the delays. Yes one theory of many I know.

They don't have the good part of the 80's / 90's mentality.

(It has changed from failure being the fault of the player to being the fault of the game).
