i keep getting this message when trying to watch the latest nintendoTV video on the eshop... and other videos too, you cannot view this content. the times during which this content can be viewed have been restricted and it shows on some videos on the eshop.... this is REALLY annoying.
its not an internet problem as some videos i can view

If you are asked to type your age in and it denies you, then you are underage and it won't let you re enter until you reboot the app. Lie about your age to see it. (I USUALLY am against this, but since these sort of things have no bad content save for what some M games they show, it's OK)
