My friends came to my home and played my 3DS, and i told them to be careful not to make any scratch or smudge, but they left some fingernail mark on my slide pad which is very ugly and I cant stop visualizing it, I mean it is distracting me, god I cant stand it anymore, so I want to ask how do I remove them? thank you.

It's an indention, material has been taken away from the pad, you're going to have to send it in to get the circle pad replaced, because rubber doesn't magically materialize from a wash cloth.

So where should I send? to Nintendo? and I believe the material has been take away, as my friend just push the slide pad with his fingernails

Yeah, you should probably send it in to Nintendo to have it fixed. Why was he pushing it with his fingernails?

I somehow got a nail print on my old 3DS, and it really annoyed me. But that was nothing. A couple months afterward the entire rubber coating began to come off all around the edges until I couldn't stand it anymore and just took the rest off myself, leaving only a little piece on the right side for my left thumb grip with. It actually works quite well, though it is not a pretty sight.

If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

Yep going to have to send it to Nintendo is the only answer I am afraid. Next time be careful who you let play your 3DS.

oh sheee.. seems that theres no rubber part of the analog stick replacement, just the lower part of it, so if I send it to Nintendo, there will be rubber part for fix? is there any Nintendo "shop" in hong kong? I am living in Hong Kong anyways
