You're probably missing some puzzles. The only way to unlock them is to streetpass someone who has at least one piece in the puzzles you're missing.

Thanks, magn~!!! I'll keep hitting up these Street Pass relay stations, as 99% of my street pass hits come from those, and hopefully I will unlock them.

A new puzzle panel arrived today for US 3DS - it's Kirby Planet Robobot and has no pink squares.

No I don't think they've given up on streetpass panels, just being abit more selective with which ones to release... same goes with the amiibo, I fully expected Slippy and Peppy to get there own amiibo in celebration of SFox0 but the big N saw the new kirby range as a better option.

There's a new special visitor today for us Europeans (well definitely UK users), celebrating Pokemon Gold/Silver. You can grab a missing pink bit from the visitor or a piece of a completely new panel...
